Between the Tuscan Coast and Montaione.. Tuscany holiday Villa for big groups and families for up to 16 persons in a dream location within a vineyard between San Gimignano and Pisa with private swimming pool, garden, grill barbecue.

There are 5 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, All rooms are tastefully and comfortably equipped, furnished with beautiful pictures and some antique furniture, each painted in a different color.

Each of the apartments has a living room with fireplace, with beautiful pieces of antique furniture, with a tasteful and typically Tuscan decor and with access to the adjacent kitchen through a brick arch. A cozy setting area in front of the fireplace invites you to linger; satellite TV is available. Both apartments have a balcony with a wonderful view of the picturesque surroundings.

Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, each with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, German coffee machine, 4 burner gas stove and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking, baking and frying. Iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies and so on.... are available.

there are 5 bathrooms:  4 with shower enclosures and 1 with shower enclosure and tub. All 5 are equipped with toilet, bidet and washbasin;  there is also 1 guest toilet with toilet and sink. The bathrooms are equipped with high quality Tuscan ceramics, hairdryer and even bath soaps

The huge garden around the holiday villa is well equipped for outdoor dining, with tables, chairs and grill barbecue.  The big property which surrounds the holiday house is planted with hundreds of olive trees, vineyards and Tuscan vegetation. The farm produces its own olive oil and its own high quality wine - guests can visit the oil mill and wineries of the house, if they will. Sports facilities in the area:  Tennis, golf, horseback riding, tours on foot or on horseback or by bicycle / mountain bike on trails marked out with panoramic views over the beautiful and unique surroundings. Deltaplaning, lovers of the thermal baths are in 20 minutes drive in the spa of Casciana. Motor sports fans can visit the Piaggio Museum, with all models from 1917 to the present day, for art lovers an extra tip is the Monastery of San Vivaldo near Montaione, with its particular 17 small chapels all around the church, in which are represented episodes of the Life of Christ.

The swimming pool is 12x6 meters; equipped with deck chairs that invite you to sunbathe, the view from here is spectacular, and reaches the sea!

The house consists of 2 independent apartments on the first floor, both with access up to an outdoor staircase; on the ground floor there is a room with a table tennis table and a storage room. The house is located in a farm that can be visited by the holiday guests. Wine and olive oil tastings can be organized on request. Within the property there is a fantastic nature trail that leads the visitor through forests, vineyards, olive groves, fields, a lake and farm houses;  tours with horses through natural routes can be booked; Guests can pre-book tickets for museums in Florence, preorder a good restaurant in the neighborhood  and there are also babysitting, baby cribs, baby high chairs, bus and taxi service; Bicycles and mountain bikes are available; you can book massages TUI-NA, have a cooking class or let be spoilt by a cook who will come by you at home and will prepare for you a typical Tuscan menu. you can book guided tours to Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra ... or visit by yourself this beautiful and world-famous art and cultural cities, all reachable within a short trip. The holiday villa is located in the middle of the 4 provinces of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca to Siena and Florence is 65 km, Pisa 45 km, San Gimignano 25 km;  for art lovers an extra tip is the Monastery of San Vivaldo near Montaione, with its particular 17 small chapels, all around the church, in which are painted episodes of the life of Christ. The Etruscan Riviera is only 1-hour drive, Livorno, Cecina, Castiglioncello, Piombino, Grosseto are some of the towns, whose Mediterranean flair attracts many visitors and they are really worth of a day trip. The streets are all spectacular: they cross grain-covered fields, vast vineyards and olive groves and everywhere forefinger towering cypresses, the classical postcards which make Tuscany famous throughout the world. These well-paved streets with its curves and lines are a popular highlight for motorsport racers. In 5 - 10 minutes’ drive, you arrive to the small medieval village of the Valdera with many excellent restaurants of typical Tuscan cuisine, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and small shops. So there is all that will make your holiday a complete success and you can be sure that you will remember your holiday for a long time!
