Tuscany. Small, completely detached, romantic holiday home for 2-4 people, in the middle of untouched nature on the edge of the forest, unique peace and seclusion, no neighboring houses or streets and paths, thereby total privacy, pool, barbecue area, satellite TV, Internet, only 1 km in the next town with all shops, cafes and restaurants.

There are 2 double bedrooms, both accessible via internal stairs from the living room, children's gates are fixed on both stairs. One of the two bedrooms also has a direct exit to the garden. , both bedrooms are located on the lower floor of the living area and on the ground floor of the garden. A cot is available on request if needed.

A small living room with a wicker bench and 2 wicker armchairs is located next to the dining room, from here you can get to the bedrooms in the basement

The front entrance leads into the kitchen, which is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, sink, microwave, fridge with freezer, German coffee machine, Italian espresso pots, toaster and all the necessary dishes. The kitchen opens into the dining room with table and chairs when you don't want to eat on the terrace. There is stereo and satellite TV.

On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, bidet and toilet.

The property is 4,000 square meters, not fenced. The house is located on a slope directly on the edge of the forest. There is a garden gate with remote control and excellent garden lighting which can be turned on and off with the remote control. There are parking spaces on the property. On benches under shady trees you will find magical places to read or simply relax. Here there is absolute silence, you can only hear the sounds of nature. Directly in front of the house - at the entrance of the kitchen - there is a large umbrella with table and chairs, a few meters further in the shade of an old oak there is another table with chairs, both wonderful places to eat all outdoor meals, a Chianti or to enjoy a Prosecco A brick barbecue is available right next to the house

The pool is below the house, can be reached by stairs, it is 9x4.50 m. large at a depth of 1.60 m and is fed with crystal-clear water from its own spring. There is a solar shower, the water temperature of which is adjustable. At the pool there are sun loungers and umbrellas, there is a small wooden house with a sink and toilet and lighting all around so that you can spend wonderful summer evenings here. There is a child-proof garden gate at the entrance to the pool.

The unique location of the holiday home surrounded by nature, surrounded by a grove, bushes, garden and swimming pool makes it a small jewel, suitable for those who wish to enjoy a nature-loving holiday alone and undisturbed. The house and property are managed by the owner, who is a gardener, plumber, electrician, bricklayer and carpenter in one person and consequently everything is wonderfully maintained and functioning. Respect the privacy of its guests, it comes only once a week (if guests want it more often) to water and do the necessary work, otherwise you will have complete peace and quiet here. Here you can enjoy total tranquility in the middle of nature, in just a few minutes (1.5 km) you arrive in Talla village, here you will find small hairdressing shops, post office, petrol station, restaurant, bar-café for a cappuccino and a small tavern, where you can eat but you can also order a grilled chicken with roasted potatoes or a super lasagna or other local dishes and take them home, which is highly appreciated and used by our guests. If you want to have a small family party in the holiday home, the lady from the Osteria will prepare everything for you and will be happy to cook for you.

The house is located near the small village of Talla in CASENTINO, a wooded region in the heart of Tuscany, south of Florence, the provincial capital is Arezzo. Anyone who has got to know the Casentino will be happy to return here, even if it is not yet a tourist area, here you will find shops, the weekly market, small restaurants, and great prices.
