ELBA ISLAND: A detached cottage in the countryside in a beautiful panoramic position overlooking the sea with a large terrace, for up to 5 +2 persons. Dogs are welcome!
The holiday house has 2 bright, sunny apartments, each with its own entrance; 
they are close to each other and communicate through a common large terrace in a beautiful panoramic position overlooking the evergreen nature of Elba and of the sea.

Apartment A) has 1 double bedroom with a third bed. It is a spacious bright room with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Apartment B) has also a double bedroom with direct access to the terrace

Apartment A) has a kitchen with dining table and double sofa bed with direct access to the terrace. Apartment B) has a spacious living room with 2 double sofa beds, dining table and chairs. This room has 2 large glass doors, with access to the terrace. Each apartment has its own sat TV.

The large kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, fridge freezer, electric oven, 4 burner gas oven, dishwasher, German and Italian coffee. The smaller kitchen has also its own stove, refrigerator, sink; it is completely independent from the other and has all the necessary to prepare a snack. Both the kitchens have direct exit to the terrace.

Each apartment has 1 bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; then there is the en-suite bathroom (without shower) in the apartment A. All the bathrooms are beautifully tiled and equipped with solid bathroom fittings.

the house is swathed in the greenery of this big property of about 2000 m2, which is completely fenced, with a garden gate at the entrance and parking place inside. There, you can admire many fig trees, agaves and many evergreen Mediterranean plants. The large terrace, equipped with garden furniture, is certainly the most important space of the house when our guests are not on the beach - you can live outdoors practically all the day and this is clearly the advantage of a single house surrounded by nature, with a priceless view of the sea. The sunsets are spectacular and different every day – a most lovely holiday in a Tuscan isle cannot really be found! An outdoor grill is available. The garden has an outdoor shower and a washing machine.

To arrive to Elba you should take the ferry from Piombino to Portoferraio, about 1 hour. You can reach the island even by airplane and at the airport you should rent a car. The house belongs to the municipality of Marciana. Only 5 km away, there is the sandy beach of Sant'Andrea, on the picturesque west coast of the island, one of the most beautiful and quiet places of the isle, sparsely attended by the mass tourism. Shopping: For your shopping, you can go to the village of Marciana(only 3 km away). Otherwise, there are many little shops in every small village, where you can buy what you need for your daily needs. Supermarkets are in Marciana Marina and in Portoferraio (the place where the ship docks) several big supermarkets, where you can buy at cheaper prices. The lovely promenade of Marciana Marina (20 minutes drive) with its beautiful boutiques and shops, cafès on the beach, fish –restaurants and ice-cream parlors is really worth a visit. Sports around  Tennis, fishing, golf, horseback riding, scuba diving, mountain biking, hiking / trekking, wind surfing  Elba is a Paradise for mountain biker and for Vespa and motorbike amateurs. If you like, you can rent a bike or a Vespa and have a lot of fun, “darting” through the well-preserved streets of the island. There are many diving and surfing schools and of course tennis courts. And fantastic, you can have here your baths in the sea from April to October, thanks to the water temperatures which on the island are milder than in the mainland.
