A large glazed patio door leads into a spacious living room, it is an "open space", in the front half of which there is a natural stone fireplace, dining table with chairs, couch and armchair, the other part, which can be separated with a curtain, if necessary a large couch, which offers accommodation for 2 people, here is a maxi screen (1.80 - 1.60 m) with Dolby surround stereo and DVD player, cozy "movie nights" are here for movie freaks a great time

Near to the living room is the charming furnished fully automatic kitchen with dishwasher, 5-burner stove, fridge with freezer , oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, German coffee machine, dining table and chairs. A glass door leads to the front covered terrace, where there are dining table and chairs to take meals. A washing machine is available in a storage room. There is iron and ironing board.

Enjoy the incomparable panoramic views of the rolling hills of the Casentino. On the horizon you can see the tops of the mountain VERNA, where there is the monastery, which has become famous by St. Francis of Assisi - definitely worth a visit! Near the small town of Bibbiena, the surrounding fields, olive groves, meadows and forests. It is a quiet, contemplative place to relax in complete tranquility surrounded by nature. The pool has an irregular shape, measures 4x7 m. It is located in the garden directly in front of the terrace at the house. Heated pool There are sun loungers and parasols and the view from here on the environment is really unique, this has to be emphasized again and again. Your children can be well supervised and on the lawn in front of the house and pool they have enough space to play. Outdoor shower is available and in the evening the pool is illuminated with optical fibers all around. A small pool party is nothing in the way.

It is the ideal holiday home for a small family or for one or two friendly couples. The furnihing is very tasteful, it is a neat atmosphere, which has a special flair. If you like, you can take part in a cooking class directly at the holiday home (for a maximum of 5 people) to learn all that makes Italian and especially Tuscan cuisine so popular. It is a pleasure for local suppliers to bring their products directly to their selection (cheese, sausages, wines). As a special feature, a SpA-Aperitif is offered: an hour massage by professionals to a Prosecco or sparkling wine directly on the terrace or in the garden of your holiday home on a cozy summer evening is certainly a special experience!

Nearby sports: Walkers and mountain bikers can practice their sport directly from the house, a small village. The apartment belongs to a tiny group of houses very close to the village Bibbiena in the Casentino, a wooded region in the heart of Tuscany, largely unknown to the large tourist crowd, so life is still very original, the prices are reasonable and you move almost only among locals who like to adjust to the stranger and welcome him. Bibbiena is divided into Bibbiena Stazione, down in the valley and Bibbiena centro, on top of the hill, the old town center.
