At the foot of the precious medieval village of Montecarlo in the province of Lucca, known for its DOC wines and oil but also for its cultural and artisan vitality, a few kilometers from Pisa and Pistoia and not far from Florence is the Casa Fontanino estate. : an ideal destination for holidays for large families or groups of friends, but also a flexible location for any film and television sets or weddings.
In the park of the farm, of over ten hectares, there are olive groves, orchards, aromatic plants and marshes. The garden, with well-kept English lawn and large swimming pool with whirlpool area and multi-colored lighting, is enriched by a vegetable garden and can accommodate the entertainment of your children or your furry friends.
A super comfortable and environmentally friendly residence, in a familiar and at the same time cosmopolitan atmosphere thanks to the original ethno-chic grafts. The ground floor, with terracotta flooring, revolves around a large convivial room connected to a spacious, well-equipped common kitchen and includes two communicating rooms that can be used as a single apartment, as well as two extra bathrooms.

On the first floor, paved with parquet, there are the other five magnificent rooms, characterized by variations in color and original furnishing accessories. The seven comfortable and elegant rooms are housed in a building with a solid traditional Tuscan architectural structure, equipped with bathroom, TV, WiFi connection and the latest generation air conditioning system.

A total of 7 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 2 double bed bedrooms, both rooms can be connected by a door on request. On the 1st floor another 5 double bed bedrooms. 6 of the bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms on request; all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and televisions, they are furnished with beautiful, partly antique furniture, they are all bright and friendly. Each is in a different color, with matching curtains and duvets, all with insect screens on the windows. Baby cot available on request.

The large terrace leads into the open plan living and dining room. In the living room there is 1 couch, coffee table, sideboard and a dining table, a satellite TV is available. A round arched brick wall leads to the dining room, here the large table where 14 people have space for meals.

On the ground floor there is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with sink, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, German coffee machine, kettle, microwave, a large table for preparing meals, enough dishes, pots and pans for cooking whole group. In one corner of the room is a fireplace, which is ideal for barbecuing in the house. A door leads to the terrace in front, where there is a large dining table with chairs for eating, there is also the brick grill. In the dining room next to the kitchen there is another large dining table if you want to eat indoors. There is the possibility to book a cooking class or to be pampered by a cook with Tuscan menus. You can also reserve a  babysitter.

A total of 9 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bidet. There is also 1 guest toilet on the ground floor, here is also the washing machine; Ironing equipment is available.

The swimming pool is 17x5 m. at a depth of 1.10 - 1.80 m., framed with Travertine marble. With the perfect sun on one of the lawns, it invites you to sunbathe and relax, there is an outdoor shower, deck chairs, sun loungers and a hydromassage corner.Night colored LED lighting illuminates the pool with magical colors.
