On the 1st floor of the Tuscany holiday house there are 4 double bed bedrooms, which are furnished with Tuscan solid wood furniture (2 each have an ensuite bathroom). All of them offer beautiful views of the surroundings. 1 cot is available on request if required.

On the ground floor of the Tuscany holiday home is the large living room with a cozy seating area in front of the fireplace, a glass door leads directly to the veranda in front of it. There is a satellite TV and a large dining table where you can eat together when the weather is not so good to dine outside. DVD + CD player and stereo are available.

From the living room you come directly to the spacious kitchen, which is really equipped with everything you need for a cozy and sophisticated meal preparation. 5-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, extra-large American fridge and freezer with ice cube department, German coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, cupboards full of glasses, which you can tell that the owner is a sommelier. Guests should not miss out on a tour of their wine cellar and buying a bottle or two. He is a fantastic cook and can conjure up a Tuscan menu that you will remember for a long time, perhaps for a family celebration or “just like that” to really pamper yourself. If a birthday is celebrated, he prepares a cake with a label. A large table stands in the middle of the kitchen, where all dishes can be prepared comfortably, a glass door leads directly to the front porch, where there are dining tables and chairs, where meals can be taken depending on the time of day. Next to the kitchen there is a small extra room with a washing machine and dryer, and there is also a high chair for children on request. If you order in advance, the baker will come to your holiday home every morning, bringing you breakfast rolls, bread, cakes, pastries, etc.

On the ground floor of the Tuscany holiday home there is 1 guest toilet with a sink and toilet. On the first floor there are 2 ensuite bathrooms, both have a shower cubicle as well as a bathtub, wash basin, toilet and bidet, a tub is a jacuzzi tub. There is also 1 bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, toilet and bidet. The bathrooms are equipped with the best Tuscan ceramics and solid fittings and meet the highest demands.

The completely fenced (h 2 m.) Garden surrounding the Tuscany vacation home is approx. 6,000 square meters, there is a garden gate with remote control and within enough car parking spaces. Of the further 7.5 hectares of land that belong to the property, part is in the National Park of the Casentines Forests, ideal for your walks in unspoiled nature. The large terrace surrounding the house has dining tables and chairs on two sides, once for breakfast, with a view of the pool, where you have the morning sun at your table; the other large dining table is on the front of the house, from here the view sweeps for kilometers into the enchanting surroundings, you can enjoy the sun until evening and end the day with a Prosecco in infinite peace and quiet. On the back of the house there are 2 large brick barbecue areas, one for fish and one for meat - you can certainly tell what the house owner thinks about perfect cooking and grilling !!

The Di Villa Aldo swimming pool is 6x12, has an outdoor shower, is illuminated and fenced, the depth is 1.20 - 1.50 m., comfortable deck chairs and sun loungers are ready for you to relax From the slightly elevated swimming pool directly in front of the house you have a magical view of the surrounding Panorama: small towns in the distance, a church here or there or an ancient castle and infinite green forests and meadows directly on the house give shape to the picture of this landscape.

The absolute plus point of this Tuscany holiday property is the fantastic panoramic location, you are alone and undisturbed, there are no neighboring houses, has a wonderful view of the enchanting surroundings with its rolling hills, meadows and forests and is again in a few minutes by car in the next town, where you can find everything you need for your daily needs. Another highlight: the opportunity to be spoiled by the house owner with culinary delicacies, to get to know the real Tuscan cuisine in a relaxed manner on site and to taste the best Tuscan wines from an inexhaustible vinotheque. The host is a trained cook and sommelier and will be happy to advise you on your choice. When the guests arrive, they are surprised with a Tuscan snack, which is the first dinner for almost everyone. There should be no communication problems, both owners speak perfect English.

The holiday home "Villa Aldo" is located in the municipality of Pratovecchio, a small town in Casentino, between Florence and Arezzo. The Casentino is not yet open to tourists, you almost meet only locals here. Large, centuries-old forests and gentle ranges of hills characterize the landscape. This is where the Arno arises and the National Park of the Casentine Forests is a magnet for all nature lovers. This is the right place for hiking, trekking, mountain biking, art and culture lovers will also find a lot of interesting things to see in the many small, characteristic villages. Bibbiena, Poppi, Pratovecchio, Stia are always worth a visit, castles, churches, quiet corners and romantic places are everywhere and in leisurely day tours you can visit Florence, Arezzo, Siena, Cortona and more. v. a. visit is also taken care of for those guests who want to combine holidays with art and cultural excursions. To go shopping: one drives about 5 km from the holiday home to the village of Pratovecchio, here there are all shops, supermarket, post office, bank, café bars, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, every Friday morning there is a market (mercato) on the pretty piazza. In Bibbiena, approx. 15 km away, there is a large shopping center for really every need, but first visit the many small corner shops in Pratovecchio, where you can also find many typical things for food. Sports facilities nearby: in Pratovecchio there are tennis courts and a riding school (approx. 6 km), in Poppi (approx. 10 km) there is a beautiful golf course in a panoramic position with a view of the entire Casentino. For walkers and mountain bikers, the Casentino is a dream, right from the holiday home there are opportunities to take walks in the relaxing atmosphere of the National Park of the Casentines Forests, the entire property of the property, with its more than 7 hectares, is part of this park.
