Bedroom: 7 The villa with dependance has a total of 7 double bedrooms, and there is also a double sofa bed if required. An outside staircase leads to the first floor, here there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, on the 2nd floor there are also 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. In the dependance there is 1 double bedroom on the 1st floor and, if required, a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor. Baby cot available on request. The bedrooms are charmingly furnished, flooded with sunlight and the different colored walls create a real feel-good atmosphere, from all windows the view falls on the wonderful green, untouched nature.

Living room: 3 The very cozy living / dining rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors of the villa, equipped with many stylish furnishings from the family, comfortable furniture and natural stone fireplaces. Massive solid wood beam ceilings give the ambience the typical Tuscan country house flair. The dependance also has a tastefully furnished living area on the ground floor.

Kitchens: 3 In the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen on every level, with plenty of space for preparation and everything you need for comfortable cooking, oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, enough dishes and Cutlery is available in each of the kitchens, as well as ironing utensils and a washing machine in a separate room. The dependance also has a complete kitchen on the ground floor with all the utensils you need.

Bathroom: 5 + 1 guest toilet 2 of the double bedrooms in the main villa have en suite bathrooms, the other two share 1 bathroom each. The dependance has 1 bathroom on the upper floor and 1 guest toilet on the ground floor. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet and toilet.

The garden is a picturesque park with Mediterranean trees, bushes and flowers, which delights all the senses, a heavenly holiday here in this place will remain in the memory of every guest. It stretches between vineyards and olive groves with a view all the way to the Arno River in the valley. The host himself produces the famous Tuscan VINSANTO - the holy wine - a sample is definitely recommended. The pool, with roman steps, which is available for the exclusive use of the guests, is open from June to September (or by arrangement). The holiday villa is located in CASENTINO, a wooded mountain valley in the middle of Tuscany, only 50 km from Florence with one of the largest national parks in Italy. Endless forests with wonderful walks, little tourism and unspoiled nature characterize this gem. A holiday here lets you recharge your batteries for the whole year! Anyone who has got to know the Casentino will love to come back again and again! The small villages around - Pratovecchio, Stia, Poppi, Strada, Bibbiena, Rassina, Capolona all have their charm with churches, castles, picturesque, quiet corners, the monasteries of La Verna and Camaldoli in the middle of centuries-old forests are worth seeing. The provincial capital Arezzo is definitely worth a visit, there is still little tourism, you can visit the cathedral, many churches, interesting museums and well-preserved palazzi without having to stand in line. The antiques fair that takes place on the first weekend of each month is a must. Hundreds of exhibitors offer their goods in the old town, and those who are lucky can really get a "bargain" here.
