On the 1st floor of the villa, there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 beds. All the rooms are very spacious and so there is the possibility to accommodate some further extra beds.

Satellite TV, stone fireplace, coffee table The huge living room on the ground floor furnished with great taste and care, with a fireplace built with natural stones, comfortable sofas and a beautiful grand piano, is the focus of this luxury villa.

5 burner gas oven, microwave, oven, German coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, fridge - freezer, dining kitchen, washing machine, electric kettle, Italian coffee machine On the ground floor, there is the very well equipped kitchen, right close to the dining room,  From there you have direct access to the garden area with a lot of space, where you can have your meals outdoors.

Standard equipment:  shower, WC, sink, bathtub, bidet  On the ground floor:  There is 1 bathroom, suitable for persons on wheelchair, and 1 laundry and 1 storage room. On the first floor:  there are 4 bathrooms (3 with shower and 1 with bath tub), all have wash basin, bidet and WC. The bathrooms are equipped with sanitary fittings of best quality, beautiful tiles and mirrors and big shower enclosure.

All the house is provided of glass doors and so you can reach the garden area from every part of the house. It is a Paradise of tranquility; the guest can relax here and enjoy his holiday in total peace. Often at the beginning of the evening you can see a couple of roe-bucks or deer in small groups crossing the fields. The fields of the estate are cultivated in rotation, wheat, barley and sunflowers shape the image. A glass of Chianti , one of the many award-winning wines produced by the farm, with a  bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality , always made by the owners, it is the better way to make unforgettable a Tuscan evening on the terrace of the Villa.

Swimming pool 12x6   m.  Illuminated, outside shower A few meters away from the house, there is a large swimming pool (6x12m) with Roman steps. From here you can have a wonderful view of the surrounding green hills and enjoy pure nature, fresh air, peace and quiet.

The villa was built in 1878 by the great grandfather of the current owners, not as a typical stone house which testifies the farming past, but as a "mansion", plastered in a more elegant look. The beamed ceilings, the terracotta floors, the Tuscan tiles, the beautiful antique furniture, the ceiling on the ground floor, with its vaulted ceilings have the unmistakable atmosphere of a Tuscan country villa.

The villa is located at the centre of the 4 provinces of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca, and so it is a good starting point for daily trips to the most world-famous art and cultural cities of Tuscany.
