There are 2 double bedrooms (one of them has a direct exit to the front terrace with sea view), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with single 3 beds.1 Baby cot available on request. All bedrooms have large closets with plenty of storage space.

One enters the apartment directly from the large front terrace and comes into a spacious, light-flooded living room with a large, extendable table, couch, satellite TV, DVD player and radio.

Glass doors from living room lead into the kitchen, which is newly equipped. There are: fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric oven, toaster, kettle, Italian and German coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, fan, iron and ironing board and enough dishes and pots for problem-free cooking. A washing machine is located in a service room in the basement.

There is 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet, and 1 bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bidet. Hair dryer available.

Large and beautiful terrace directly in front of the living room with a dream SEA VIEW, this sweeps over the Mediterranean scrub, characterized by cypresses and palm trees beautiful view up to the island of Giglio. On the terrace there are sun loungers for relaxing and a large round table with chairs under an umbrella - here the guest can take all meals, sunbathe at the table and look out over the endless sea. A few steps lead into the garden, there is also a solar shower to cool off on hot days and there is space for children to play. 1 outdoor barbecue is available.

Access to the Bonella apartment is via stairs. Therefore Casa Bonella is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Pets are not allowed

The apartment "Casa Bonella" is located in Castiglione della Pescaia, one of the most beautiful small towns in this region. You go directly from the garden through a small gate onto a path that goes below the settlement and leads directly to the beach, here you can either prefer the free beach or enjoy all the comfort in one of the well-equipped bathing establishments, there are sun loungers , Sun roofs, cabins, children's playground, beach cafes and restaurants. The Maremma coast of Tuscany is 130 km. Natural spectacle, endless, fine sandy beaches but also steep cliffs on which the waves of the Tyrrhenian Sea break. Behind the beaches begins a lush pine forest with umbrella pines and maritime pines or the “macchia” typical of the Mediterranean countries, which is mainly made up of cork and holm oaks, gorse, myrtle, rosemary and heather. You can go shopping in the center of the village in 3 minutes (the apartment is located in a well-kept residential area with holiday villas a bit above), there are supermarkets and shops of all kinds, the traditional market (mercato) takes place every Saturday morning near the port, everything will be, what your heart desires, offered. There is an even bigger market every Thursday morning in Grosseto, only about 20 minutes away by car, there is also the market hall, where you can buy cheap and fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish, there is also a large market in Follonica (Friday morning) . In the pedestrian zone of Castiglione della Pescaia there are many nice and elegant shops, garden cafes, children's playgrounds, ice cream parlors and a large selection of restaurants serving Tuscan dishes. The fishing boats still dock at the harbor canal every day to unload their catch and sell it on site. Castiglione della Pescaia enchants the visitor with its stone-paved streets, the old portals, niches, arcades, the pretty, lovingly restored stone houses. From the castle walls you have a wonderful view of the islands of Giglio, Gianutri, Montecristo, Elba and Le Formiche. South of the town of Castiglione della Pescaia there is an approx. 10 km long free sandy beach, directly behind the pine forest, for picnicking and spending the day a dream. A trip to the nearby Parco Regionale della Maremma, the "Uccellina Nature Park", is highly recommended. Here you will get an insight into what Tuscany Maremma may have looked like, with natural, uneven macchia forests, grazing (wild) horses and herds of cattle. The park extends over 10,000 hectares and can be entered from Albarese and Talamone. There are wild boars, wild cats, porcupines, turtles, wild ducks and falcons to admire. If you are traveling with children: visit the Acqua Village in Follonica (approx. 20 minutes by car), a fun water park, open from June to September. Sports facilities nearby: swimming, diving, fishing, tennis, mini golf.
