Applies to all bookings confirmed after 3rd June 2020 and with an arrival date in the period between 1st January 2021 and 31st December 2024.
This cancellation policy applies only in the presence of government restrictions on travel in Italy from your origin country during the period of the booked holiday.
In case of cancellation of the stay as a result of regulatory restrictions on travel from your origin country on the national territory imposed to deal with the epidemiological emergency Covid-19,
and/or if your origin country and/or Italy require a quarantine period,
the customer can choose between a voucher of value equal to the amount paid or the reimbursement of the amount paid, without applying any penalty.
