Unfortunately, this is not possible because on the morning of the day of arrival the departing guests must leave the house which, together with the garden and swimming pool, must be cleaned / sanitized, so you understand that it is very uncomfortable and stressful for the owners or their personnel. Therefore, be sure to follow the arrival times indicated in the rental contract and / or directions to arrive.
The arrival is usually between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., the departure should not be after 10 a.m. - you will find this information on the respective rental contract of the holiday home you have chosen.
On the afternoon of your arrival - which should generally be between 16:00 and 20:00, the owner of the house or the housekeeper who will receive you, will give you the key, will give you all the necessary information. All this is usually on the indications. . The owner / manager of the house is the first point of reference on site in case of problems.
For some houses, the owners live a certain distance from the holiday home and take some time to get there, so in the description of the route to reach the house we indicate when or where and who you need to call so that someone is ready to receive you.
In almost all holiday homes, the guest must pay a cash deposit on arrival. Upon departure, the house, garden and swimming pool are checked and if the guest has not caused any damage, the deposit will be refunded in cash. The house must be delivered clean (with washed dishes, garbage and all furniture in its original position). In some holiday homes, additional costs must be paid (eg heating, electricity, air conditioning) which can only be determined by reading the meter at the end of the rental period and which will eventually be paid by compensating with the deposit.
Inform the house owner / keeper a few days in advance. So you can leave without it coming. The house will be checked after departure and if everything is left in good condition, the deposit will be refunded immediately by bank transfer. If additional costs such as heating are to be paid, they will be retained from the deposit.
The deposit (which amounts to 25-30% of the total rent) is normally due to the receipt of the booking contract, which we will send you by e-mail, it is written in the contract, but at the latest after 3 - 4 days . The deposit is transferred directly to the home owner's bank account. As for the remaining rental amount, you will find the relevant information in the rental agreement.
If the additional costs for bed linen, towels, final cleaning and dog costs are not included in the rental price, they must be paid directly to the owner / housekeeper on arrival. The relevant information is contained in the rental agreement.
If the number of people stipulated in the rental agreement changes, we must be informed in advance. If this entails additional costs, these will be charged retrospectively. If there are more people on the day of arrival than originally foreseen in the rental agreement, the owner / administrator has the right to deny them access to the holiday home or to request an additional rental amount. If the above The changes must only take place during the stay in the property, this must be discussed with the owner / administrator of the house, who must also decide on any additional costs.
In some municipalities, a tourist tax has been requested since 2011, which the owner of the house collects but then has to pay to the respective municipality. The amount varies according to the position and is calculated per person / per day and is payable in cash directly on arrival to the owners / administrators of the holiday home.
If the cancellation is made up to 61 days before the rental period, only the deposit will be retained, if made later, from 60 to 45 days before the start of the rental 50%, from 45 to 31 days 75%, from 30 to 1 days 100%. We advise all our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance (please inquire with your insurance company or look on the Internet).
Extra heating costs are paid in almost all holiday homes based on consumption, the meter is read on guest arrival and also on departure. If it was paid in advance, the heating costs will be compensated by the deposit. The holiday homes in the vicinity of the inhabited centers have almost all methane gas, which is cheap, while the holiday homes further away from the countries have LPG gas, which unfortunately is much more expensive (about 3-4 times more than methane), in in no case will the owner add a prize to the cost price.
After paying the deposit and sending an e-mail with the deposit receipt, you will receive an email with the exact description of how to get there and the phone numbers you need.
Rents for all vacation properties only go from Saturday to Saturday. In very low and low season exceptions can be made for some holiday homes and a stay is possible even outside these specified days. Please send us a request.
Holiday villas that offer space for more than 10 people should be booked as early as possible, 8-12 months in advance giving you the possibility of a wide selection. As a rule, the earlier you can book, the greater is the choice. This is especially true for the high season from mid-July to mid-August, but also for school holiday periods. Some houses offer a discount for early booking.
The pools are generally open from early May to late September (May 1 - September 30). If you wish to use the swimming pool before or after this date, write to us and we will inform you with the owner if the swimming pool can also be opened outside these hours (possibly at an additional cost).
The dimensions of the double mattress are 160x190 cm, in some cases there are also two single mattresses next to each other, if in doubt please ask; the continuous duvet is wrapped in a large double sheet, not aspirated, therefore 2 large sheets or 1 double sheet are needed for the mattress and 1 large sheet to be covered, the single mattresses measure 80x190 cm, the cushions are 40x80 cm.
