DEPENDANCE SARA dominates a property of 11 acres, completely fenced and set in a quiet and panoramic location. It is equipped with every comfort and it is the ideal place for stressed people that live in big metropolis, golf amateurs (only 3 minutes away) and for your unforgettable honeymoon. 
If you are a good swimmer, here you can really enjoy yourself, in the 14x4 m. big swimming pool, which is treated only with sea salt, no chlorine and it is therefore ideal for super soft skin!
The water is heated with a solar heating system up to a mild temperature, very important especially in spring and autumn.

The large and bright living room with large panoramic windows, a  lot of green plants, a tiled stove - not typical  of Tuscany- but very useful during  cold evenings -  is a really  wonderful  and cozy place . The tasteful decor and the Mediterranean plants cultivated into the house give the idea of living into a green island, even when it is not possible to stay outdoors.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, 4 burner gas oven, microwave, German coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, When it is not used, the kitchen can be hidden behind a lockable sliding door.

Garden and terrace Deckchairs: 4 Table N° 1 chairs  N° 6 completely fenced, parking place, covered pergola, grill/barbecue, slide, a lot of space for children Under shady trees, there is a hammock for your lazing days and a grill barbecue is available for your grill parties. Moreover, there is a little lake full of fishes that you can fish, if you like it. The children have a lot of space where they can run around and play in total freedom. A slide is available. In front of the living room, there is a terrace equipped with garden furniture where you can have your meals. The bio-organic vegetables of the kitchen garden can be harvested and cooked by the guests. The apartment has its own entrance, its own lockable gate and car parking inside the property, right in front of the house. The guest of this apartment has its absolute privacy; he can enjoy the beautiful garden and rest and relax in an absolute peace and silence. The house is far from the traffic noise. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding the country and of the small medieval town of Poppi, whose municipality belongs this holiday house. For your safety:  The entire outdoor area is equipped with video cameras.

The new swimming pool is down in the garden, illuminated, 14x4 m with a depth of 1. 5 m,  in a beautiful and panoramic position. It is really an oasis of peace and relax. There is a solar outdoor shower and unique in Casentino, a “hydromassage deckchair” in the pool, so you lie in the water and hundreds of jets massage your body. Nearby the pool, beneath, there is a spacious dressing room with sink, large mirror, WC and shower. The swimming pool is treated only with sea salt and doesn’t contain chlorine or other chemical additives. You will have a wonderful soft skin thanks to this new system, particular good for allergic people and for the sensitive skin of the children.

The owner of the villa - a businessman - is rarely at home; the landlord is generally busy with his many companies, his wife is a golf amateur and she is generally at the Golf Club; on weekends they are on their sail boat or travel around the world. But when they are at home, the landlord will be very pleased to bake pizzas for its guests in hid wood pizza oven and to drink together a bottle of wine from his rich wine cellar. The entrance to the terrace and the owners are on the other side of the houseAs a lover and connoisseur of a good drop, he has (so far the only one here in the Casentino!) Cultivated 2 hectares of his property with 7,000 Chardonnay grapes and 3,000 Pinot Noir grapes and extracts champagne using the classical method. From the spring of 2018, a tasting can take place here, also on request and in advance.

Poppi is only few minutes away. There you will find many small retail shops, a supermarket and once a week, on Thursdays morning the market, il mercato. Otherwise, you can go to Bibbiena, only 5 minutes drive away, there is a large and modern shopping center with a big COOP supermarket for all your needs. Everywhere you can find Restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and trattorias. Poppi and Bibbiena have tennis courts and in Poppi there is a fantastic 9 -hole golf club in a beautiful and panoramic location - the favorable location of the house allows to reach all these places just in few minutes. Poppi is in the Casentino, a wooded valley between Florence and Arezzo and it is not a usual touristic destination, so you can live here among true Tuscans and know really our way of life.
