The apartment is on the ground floor and it is so composed: 1 bedroom with double bed; from here you can reach through a glass door the terrace 1 small bedroom with loft bed (for 1 adult or 2 children)

There is a spacious living room with kitchenette, equipped with sofa (a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons), armchairs, satellite TV and dining area, with direct exit through a large glass door to the front-facing terrace, furnished with table and chairs.

The colorful and very well-equipped kitchen has fridge with freezer, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, electric oven, German coffee maker, Italian moka coffee maker, toaster.

1 bathroom with bath and shower , bidet, toilet, washbasin, washing machine.

Fenced, covered parking, swing, grill / barbecue Casa Mare Verde is an housing complex of 12 apartments, so designed that everyone has his own privacy. The terrace and the garden are private, completely fenced and surrounded by trees and shrubs, so nobody can peep into the patio or the garden of the neighbor. This complex is located in one of the most exclusive and most beautiful coasts of Italy; the owners of these flats are wealthy Italians who generally have their own boat and spend on board most of the time. The swimming pool is little used, and the place is very quiet, well-groomed and there you will meet only the owners of the flats.

The pool is with its 18x6 meters and its beautiful location, swathed in the greenery, particularly inviting. It is open from the 1st June to the15 September. There are deck chairs and sun umbrellas; all around there are oleanders, palm trees and beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. You reach it from the apartment via a short romantic path between the trees.

There are many beaches in the nearest Punta Ala, only few minutes’ drive – there, you can choose between free beaches and other ones, where you can rent cabins, sun umbrellas and deck chairs, with also facilities such as cafes, snack- bars and restaurants. Worth a visit is the famous and beautiful beach of "Cala Violina", not to mention the pretty little village of Castiglione, only few kilometers distant, with an antique center and picturesque harbor and, of course,  the natural park "Parco Regionale della Maremma", surrounded by the Monti dell’ Uccellina, which slope down to a beautiful stretch of unspoiled coastline. In the park, there are 11 unique, marked hiking trails through pine forests, beautiful beaches and coves, through swamp and bush land, ponds here and there and while hiking, you can see deer, wild boars, foxes and birds of prey - a true paradise for nature lovers. The owner will be pleased to give you some tips about restaurants, pizzerias… For your shopping, there is the Centro Commerciale Il Gualdo only 1 km away.
