Scirocco

ELBA - Cozy small apartment on the picturesque west coast of the island of Elba, terrace with sea view, outdoor barbecue, quiet position, fenced, parking place, dogs allowed, in few minutes you will be by foot to the sea!

The apartment is on the ground floor. There is one double bedroom and the possibility to place a baby cot.

The kitchen is furnished with table, chairs, a small sofa, which can be, if required, a sleeping accommodation for 1 child. There is a SAT-TV and kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove and a small oven.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, WC and bidet.

Garden and terrace Before the holiday house lo "Scirocco" there is a barbecue place on the terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs to eat outside and with lounge chairs for relaxing. The patio space is completely fenced and therefore safe for children and even dogs. In the house nearby lives all alone an old lady, who is the mother of the owner. You will see her rarely and the terrace is screened by a hedge of green plants so the guests have their complete privacy.

In few minutes walk you will reach directly from the flat the beach of Patresi, a beach of pebbles with crystal clear water. You can also go directly by car to the sea;  the owner has there a private parking place, otherwise a little shuttle bus runs back and forth several times a day. There is a sea coffee bar there, where you can have a drink or a snack. There are also deck chairs and sun umbrellas which can be rented and other facilities such as shower and toilet. The "Polveraia" is another small pebble beach that can be reached by foot in few minutes.

The apartment "Scirocco" is located in Patresi, a small village on the picturesque west coast of the island. If you don’t always want to go to the same beach below the apartment, you have many choices in the area: sandy beaches, pebbles or rocks. You can reach all the beaches in 5 -max. 20 minutes. The beautiful sandy beach of the Bay of Fetovaia can be reached in 15 minutes, the sandy beach of Cavoli in 20 minutes, Chiessi in10 minutes, a beach with small pebbles and large, flat, washed-out rocks, which arrive to the sea. You will always find a place to enjoy the sun and the sea. To St. Andrea, a sandy beach with flat rocks is only 5 minutes’ drive. The west coast of Elba is not a so known touristic zone and so it has a lot of places where you can stay alone and undisturbed, swimming in its crystal clear water. Shops and Restaurant, Pizzeria and Trattoria are all nearby, just few minutes drive. All the bigger villages of Elba have supermarkets. At the harbor, just below where the ships dock, there is a big Coop supermarket and along the street that leads to the holiday house, 1 km onwards, there is a big Conad supermarket. These supermarkets have really everything you need and of course at a cheaper price than the small shops of the mountain villages.
