Large natural stone cottage for 18 people in Cortona, in an ideal location in the heart of Tuscany, spacious and child-friendly facility, lawns, swimming pool, barbecue area, table tennis, shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

Sleeps 18, Bedrooms 10 The holiday home has 4 apartments, 1 of them on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and 3 on the 1st floor, which stone steps can also be accessed from the garden. All apartments can be reached from the garden behind the house, where the lawns, the pool and the outside dining area are located. Bedroom 10 (8 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom), which are divided as follows: App. A (on the ground floor): 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.App. B (on the 1st floor): 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms. App. C (on the 1st floor): 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. App. D (on the 1st floor): 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom, an internal staircase leads to the attic/mansard with 1 double bedroom and 1 small bathroom. The bedrooms on the 1st floor have air condition.

All apartments have their own satellite TV.

All apartments have their own kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, sink, some with a dishwasher and all the necessary equipment and dishes, so that each group can prepare their own food, coffee or children's meal if necessary. A large common kitchen is on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden where the whole group can cook, it has a large fridge with freezer, electric oven, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, sink, German coffee machine, toaster, kettle and enough dishes , Pots etc.

Bathrooms: 8 The small bathroom next to the bedroom on the attic in the app. D has a sink, shower attachment and toilet; all other bathrooms are equipped with modern, spacious shower cubicles, wash basins, toilets and bidet. A washing machine is available: costs €3 per wash.

The large well-kept garden at the back of the house is fenced, bordering fields and meadows belonging to the owner of the house. There is a brick barbecue area and a covered dining area for the whole group right next to the swimming pool. The garden is illuminated. A lot of flowers, shrubs and trees on the green lawn create a Mediterranean touch. There is enough space to play, all areas on the lawn and the swimming pool can be easily controlled from the garden and from the house, therefore absolutely child-proof, a ping-pong table is available. The large very old mulberry tree with its hanging and easily reachable, sweet and sugary fruits that ripen in May / June in the middle of the lawn is an attraction and a feast for the palate, especially for children. A large covered parking is available on the property.

The pool at the back of the house in the garden is 5x12 m. large, 1.40 m. deep with interior lighting and outdoor shower, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. It is in a completely protected location, where nobody can see.

The house is located in the municipality of Cortona, an ancient Etruscan city in the heart of Tuscany. In a few minutes by car you will find yourself in the historic center. Cortona is not an overcrowded tourist city, but it is one of the most characteristic Tuscan cities. Privacy is guaranteed - there is an unused barn on the side and on the garden side behind the house there are fields and meadows belonging to the owner. Everything is fenced Free WiFi Internet (WiFi) throughout the house and garden. Heating to be paid separately by reading the meter.  City tax €2,50 per pers./per day (max 4 days; children under 12 y.o. gratis).

Well behaved, friendly pets are allowed on request.

The house is located at the gates of the beautiful medieval town of Cortona which can be reached on foot by bike or car.
