Holiday house in Tuscany in a fantastic and peaceful panoramic position with all the comforts for a perfect holiday: 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, tasteful luxurious furnishings, all the comforts, WiFi Internet, barbecue area, private swimming pool 6x16 m, pond private, pets allowed. 

Bedrooms: 8 On the ground floor of the main house there are 3 double bed bedrooms and 1 two-bed bedroom with 1 third bed, each with its own bathroom, 1 living room with sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children, with its own bathroom right next to it, as well as another living room with sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bed bedrooms, 2 two-bed bedrooms (in one of them the single beds can also be put together) and 1 sofa bed (in the living room) suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. Baby cots available on request. It is possible to create a sleeping facility for 1 person in the dependance, i.e. at ground level, of the Tuscany holiday home, in addition to the large bathroom for the disabled, details on request.

Living room: 6 The property is divided into 1 main house and 1 annex. The main house is equipped so that there are several kitchens and living rooms here, all with communicating doors, if you want, leave them open, if you want, you can create your own small apartment by closing them, even for large groups and families have 100% of privacy. One of the living rooms on the 1st floor has a wonderful loggia with garden furniture, this is on the back of the house, here you have the morning sun, the view of the pond and the wonderful unspoiled nature. The same covered loggia is located right on the ground floor, also here you can relax with garden furniture. The Dependance is used as a common room, as is the kitchen located inside. In all living rooms there are comfortable and welcoming seating areas with sofas and armchairs, satellite TV everywhere, in the common room also DVD and stereo, Wi-Fi internet available. The first floor can be reached directly from the garden via an internal staircase and an external staircase.

Kitchen: 6 There are 6 kitchens, all are a "dream" !! There are 2 on the 1st floor of the main house and 3 on the ground floor; in the annex 1. If you like, you can easily prepare your own meal, breakfast, baby meals, etc. The most used kitchen will be the one in the annex, with a direct exit to the outside, where the entire group can cook and prepare. All kitchens are perfectly equipped, have 4-burner gas cookers, electric ovens, single or double stainless steel sinks, refrigerators with freezers, dishwashers, German coffee machines - the communal kitchen also has a microwave, toaster and kettle, and the cooker even has 6 burners. Children's highchairs are available on request. A washing machine is available (inside an apartment).

Bathrooms: 10 In the main house there are 5 bathrooms on the ground floor and 4 bathrooms on the 1st floor; in the annex (on the ground floor) there is 1 large bathroom for the disabled. All bathrooms are equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, they are all equipped with beautiful hand-painted tiles, the accessories are of excellent quality.

Property of 12 hectares, of which about 3 hectares fenced (h 1.50 m.). In the garden of the Tuscan holiday home there is a wood-fired pizza oven and a brick barbecue area with a sink next to it. Next to it there is a covered seating area with table and chairs to have meals for the whole group, there is above the swimming pool and from here you can enjoy the splendid view of the fascinating surroundings. There is another space for meals at the back of the house, depending on whether you want to sit in the sun or in the shade. Since the property is located on a hill, the view extends from here to the entire valley with its small villages, churches, castles and the infinite green of meadows and fields, the silvery gray-green of the olive groves, the exact rows of vines, beautiful cypresses, Mediterranean herbs and shrubs and colorful flowers complete the picture of an enchanting whole, it is a dream house for an unforgettable holiday. There are covered parking spaces inside the fenced property, which is equipped with a remote control gate for your privacy.

The swimming pool is in an excellent panoramic position, illuminated by the sun all day, a few meters from the villa, measuring 6x16 m., Depth of 1.20 - 1.40 m., Internal lighting and external shower. Parasols and deck chairs around the pool ensure guests are comfortable.

During the renovation of this former farmhouse, the owners tried to maintain the originality of the structure as much as possible. In order to meet today's needs, the entire building together with the annexe has been renovated in an excellent way, splendid bathrooms with hand-drawn tiles, first-class materials for the furnishings, precious partially antique furniture, selected furniture, splendid paintings, lamps, first-class materials for doors, windows, floors, super-equipped kitchens.

The holiday property belongs to the municipality of Bibbiena, the largest town in Casentino, a wooded region that is still very pristine in the heart of Tuscany. Not yet developed by mass tourism, you live here largely among locals but don't have to travel long distances if you want to visit the many beautiful art and cultural cities of Tuscany.
