12 bedrooms: An internal staircase from the living room leads to the first floor, here there is 1 very spacious double room and another, also very large double room, which also has 1 double sofa bed, suitable for children who should sleep near their parents, this room has a glass door which leads to a small, exclusive, secluded forecourt, which is ideal for an aperitif just for two. 4 steps lead from the hall to the next level, there are 4 double bedrooms, an internal staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where there are 3 more double bedrooms; 4 steps take you to the last level, here there is 1 double bedroom (with air conditioning) and 1 further double bedroom (with air conditioning), which opens into a second bedroom with double bed (French size 1.40 m. wide) suitable for 2 children.> On request and extra to pay according to consumption: air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms on the last floor (attic). Electricity consumption over 200 KWh/per week is extra to pay: €0,50 per Kwh (electricity consumption up to 200 Kwh/per week included in the price).

The house entrance leads into a spacious veranda, glazed with arched windows, intended for staying in bad weather, this forms an open space with a living room, equipped with comfortable armchairs, couch and satellite TV, the fireplace is a piece of furniture, not intended for use.

The terrace and veranda also form an open space with the very spacious kitchen - one part serves as a dining area in cooler weather, with extendable tables, the other part is taken up by the impressive designer kitchen, every piece of furniture here was also made to measure, there is an electrical system -Oven, a 5-burner gas hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher (Miele) and an extra fridge with red and white wine department. From the kitchen you come to an adjoining room where the pizza oven is located and there is plenty of space for food supplies and drinks. A second door also leads from the kitchen to a practical service entrance, in front of which you can park your car directly - coming through a second garden gate - and unload all supplies, luggage, etc. There is a washing machine and dryer (Miele) in a separate room and there are large storage rooms for luggage and much more on each floor.

11 bathrooms + 1 guest toilet: The 2 bathrooms on the top floor are equipped with a bathtub (each with a closable glass wall also suitable for a shower) while all the other rooms have a glass shower cubicle, each bathroom is equipped with sink, bidet and toilet, all are ensuit- The bathrooms all have a hairdryer and plenty of storage space for your utensils. On the ground floor there is also 1 guest bathroom with 2 sinks and a toilet.

Right next to the glazed veranda is the large covered terrace, there are 2 magnificent, made-to-measure solid wood oak tables - here the whole group can sit comfortably, celebrate and have all their meals - the view falls on the imposing mulberry tree directly in front of it, as you can rarely finds him in such a unique size and strong growth - he gives the holiday property its name: GELSO = MULBERRY TREE. Next to the terrace is the brick barbecue area, perfect for your evening barbecue parties. Enjoying the mild summer evenings here with friends or family is certainly the highlight of every day of the holiday. Picturesque lighting in the entire garden area and around the pool makes the evenings an unforgettable holiday experience. In the middle of the well-tended garden area is the 16x5 m. Pool with solar shower, interior lighting, sun loungers and a sun canopy. The location is idyllic, you only have the green nature in front of your eyes, in the sun all day long, which you can enjoy until the last minute when it sets on the opposite horizon.

The holiday villa IL GELSO is located in the Casentino, a wooded mountain valley in the middle of Tuscany, only 50 km from Florence with one of the largest national parks in Italy. Endless forests with wonderful walks, little tourism and unspoiled nature characterize this gem. A holiday here lets you recharge your batteries for the whole year! The small villages around - Pratovecchio, Stia, Poppi, Strada, Bibbiena all have their charm with churches, castles, picturesque, quiet corners, the monasteries of La Verna and Camaldoli in the middle of centuries-old forests are worth seeing. For shopping in the next village it is approx. 4 km, there are many small mom and pop shops but you have a large shopping center and a few supermarkets. Every Thursday morning there is a weekly market. The provincial capital Arezzo is definitely worth a visit, there is still little tourism, you can visit the cathedral, many churches, interesting museums and well-preserved palazzi without having to stand in line. The antiques fair that takes place on the first weekend of each month is a must. Hundreds of exhibitors offer their goods in the old town, and those who are lucky can really get a "bargain" here. Dozens of small boutiques with elegant fashion, antique shops and many cafes and restaurants invite you to linger. For shopping fans, we recommend the "Outlet Valdichiana Village", about an hour's drive away - in over 100 shops you can find everything your heart desires at outlet prices. From the holiday villa you can easily take day trips to Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca ... the list is endless and everywhere visitors are drawn to the unique art treasures that Tuscany has to offer.
