The total accommodations available are 13 persons+4 children (in the 2 sofa beds).

The house is generally rented entirely as a unique farm. The furniture creates an elegant, charming ambience with grand and massive wooden furnishings, typical of the Tuscan style. The kitchens are equipped with 4 burner gas oven, German and Italian coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare tasting meals for your family.  Apartment 1 On the ground floor: 1 large kitchen with a stone fireplace. Apartment 2 On the ground floor: 1 large kitchen with a stone fireplace and the kitchen corner. A Washing machine is available. The big property is equipped with tables and chairs for your meals outdoors, a grill/barbecue and close to the house, there is a shared cottage with tables, chairs, fireplace built with natural stones, pizza oven, majolica oven, professional 4 burner gas oven, sink, dishwasher- shortly, all the necessary for a real cook to prepare a big meal for all the group and then to sit comfortably, tasting the dishes. A TV SAT and bathroom are available.

In front of the shared cottage, there is a big beautiful covered terrace, equipped with cozy wicker furniture, tables and chairs, where you can sit outdoors and eat happily all together, sheltered by the covering, in a warm atmosphere. The big property of 500.000 m2 ( about 50 hectares), 30 hectares of cultivated fields and 20 hectares of a big wood for your walks in the nature, comprises a private lake ( full of fish, a paradise for fishing lovers- fishing rods are available) and a tennis court. The use of the Lake and the Tennis court is shared with the guests of a second holiday house (Tenuta Roberta), which is only 700 m distant and has its private swimming pool, lawn and garden. The farm has a kitchen garden and the vegetables can be picked up and eaten by the guests. 5 minutes drive and you arrive to the Golf Club Poppi- 9 holes.

The big swimming pool is next to the guest farm house, illuminated by night and equipped with modern, elegant deckchairs and sun umbrellas. It is an idyllic place to relax, an oasis of peace, where you can regenerate yourself, surrounded by the green in a wonderful position from where you can see manicured fields and rolling hills, so typical of Casentino, this beautiful Tuscan valley. Moreover, the position allows you to check your children playing around the house, while you are comfortably sitting on the border of the swimming pool.

The big novelty is a wellness SPA into the property with a sauna for 4-6 persons, an “emotional” shower, whirlpool and 4x8 m indoor swimming pool with bright and panoramic glass walls, an oasis of peace in a very exclusive ambience for spoilt guests, who can’t forgo to a refined, relax even on holiday. If you want to invite few friends for few days, 4 new suites are available in the same building of the SPA, furnished with elegant and tastefully furnishings, each with a double bedroom with private bathroom (price on demand) - a fantastic luxury ambience for even the most demanding needs. WELLNESS SPAThe wellness area is available by reservation only, at a cost of Euro 250,00 per day (Opening Time 2.30 pm - 6.30 pm) up to a maximum of 8 people. Entrance to the wellness area is allowed to people over 16 years old.The wood, the lake, the tennis court and the wellness spa are shared with another holiday Vila that belongs to the same owner and it is about 800 m distant. If you are travelling with a bigger group of friends, you can rent also this one- please, give a look to Tenuta Roberta. You can also “rent a cook”, a professional cook, and owner of a restaurant, who will come to the holiday house and will prepare for you an excellent menu. If you have a family event to celebrate or prefer stay at home and taste local food in total peace- especially if you have little children that in this way can play without problems and easily be brought to bed- this is the ideal solution. There is also a big kitchen garden with bio organic vegetables that are at disposal of the guests and a chicken-run with cock and hens for your fresh eggs for your breakfast. The owners (a young couple) are kind beyond words and loves receiving their guests, making their stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The farmhouse, the swimming pool and the garden can be used only by our guests and no others.  The works of maintenance of the swimming pool are done very early in the morning but you can agree with the owner on the time you prefer.

This big 300 m2 holiday house is in Casentino, between the little villages of Poppi and Soci, about 40 minutes drive from Arezzo and one hour from Florence. Casentino is a beautiful, wooded valley between Arezzo and Florence, with few tourists and mostly unknown. To do some shopping you can arrive in few minutes to Soci or Poppi where you can find supermarkets and many retail shops for all your needs. Services: postal office, banks, pharmacy, tennis, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, coffee bars; on Tuesdays morning there is an outdoor market “ il mercato” in Poppi, on Fridays in Soci, where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, dresses and shoes. The ideal position of the property allows easy walks in the surroundings, mountain bike tours and visit to mystic places such as La Verna with its cloister and Camaldoli with its hermitage and forest, crossed by a myriad of trails for hiker’s amateurs. Another big draw for those seeking nature and peace is a visit to Monte Falterona, the mountain where the River Arno rises. In a hour drive, you can reach Florence and within manageable distances famous city such as Siena, San Gimignano, Perugia and Assisi.
