The holiday property "Podere di Natale" has 3 stone houses with 4 independent apartments which can accommodate up to 27 people (+ possibly baby). There are 9 bedrooms, which are divided as follows: in the house "Girasole" there are 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom, each on the ground floor, because the house can be entered both from above (pool side) and from below; in the house "Castagno" there are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, all three on the ground floor; in the largest of the houses there are 2 apartments that communicate, the apartment "Cerro" has 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom, in which there is also a single bed, the apartment "Faggio" has 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom ; all bedrooms are on the 1st floor. In each of the 4 apartments there is 1 baby bed in one of the very spacious bedrooms and in each of the apartments there is also a double bed couch in the living room for 2 people. There are a total of 19 beds, 8 couch places and 4 baby / toddler beds.

Each of the 4 apartments has spacious kitchens and living rooms, equipped with beautiful solid wood furniture, sofa beds, satellite TV and fireplace, here everyone in the group can retreat, read a book or watch a preferred TV program.

Each apartment has its own well-equipped kitchen, which is located on the ground floor, with an oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator and all the necessary equipment, The big plus for a group of friends and relatives is 4th house with the fabulous, huge communal kitchen, located on the ground floor, where everyone can cook together and prepare delicious dishes with Tuscan food, there is a pizza oven and if you ever baked a pizza yourself certainly appreciates that very much. There are large cupboards full of dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for cozy cooking. A refrigerator with freezer, double sink, 5-burner stove, oven and a professional dishwasher are available for your convenience. Large tables for preparing and eating are available here and there is a house bar for your aperitif. German coffee maker, toaster, bread slicer are available. If you don't feel like cooking, we can organize a cook for you who will spoil you with Tuscan dishes. There is an utility room with a washing machine and ironing equipment.

There are 6 bathrooms and 1 service bath. Fewo Girasole and Fewo Faggio each have 1 bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bidet.  Castagno has 2 bathrooms, each with a shower cabin, sink, toilet and bidet.  Cerro has 2 particularly beautiful bathrooms: 1 with tub and 2 sinks, toilet and bidet, the other with shower cabin, sink, toilet and bidet. In the large common room there is also a service bathroom with toilet and sink.

The property is completely fenced and secure, automatic gate with external lighting. Each of the apartments has an external sitting area with table and benches. In front of the common room there is the dining area for the whole group, the external brick grill. the view sweeps over woods and meadows, you will hear only the sounds of nature, if you are looking for peace and relaxation you are in the right place. Indoor parking spaces are available inside the property. There is also a private lake for fishing completely fenced.

The swimming pool is a few meters from the houses on a large lawn, 7x14 has an external shower and internal lighting, deck chairs are available, you will find a beautiful corner of shade under two old oak trees or under the gazebo by the pool, a few steps further, right on the edge of the woods, there is still an outdoor seating area with benches and a table.WHIRLPOOL 3x5 m. This property was restored a few years ago and 4 typical Tuscan stone houses have been created, which offer large groups an ideal holiday home.
