Bedrooms: 8 On the ground floor of the former barn, the Fienile, two apartments were created, each has a double bed bedroom, and there is also a double sofa bed in each living room. In the main house of the Tuscany holiday property there are 1 apartment with 1 bedroom with a romantic canopy bed, one internal staircase has 3 double bedrooms, and there is also a double sofa bed in the living room. In the chalet, the annex, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, which can be put together, plus another double sofa bed in the kitchen. So a total of 8 bedrooms and 3 double sofa beds, total 16 + 6 people. Baby cots can be placed. Almost all bedrooms have a TV. 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.

In the barn (the former barn) of the holiday home, each of the two apartments has 1 small living room with dining table, sofa bed and kitchenette. In the main house there is a living room with a sofa and an original stone fireplace from 1927 on the first floor. In the middle of the natural stone staircase leading to the upper floor there is the original brick oven, if you want, you can eat your pizza cooked in the wood oven the owners will explain how to do it.

In the main house there is a larger and well-equipped kitchen, from here you have access to the garden via an external staircase and also to the wood-burning oven for bread and pizza, which has been left in the old place and has not been modified. In the Annex there is a large common kitchen where everyone can cook and prepare, there is a refrigerator, freezer, electric hob and electric oven, dishwasher, German and Italian coffee machine and, of course, all the dishes and accessories needed for cooking and eating. Directly in front of the kitchen is the covered veranda with a large dining table with the whole group, from here you have a wonderful view of the swimming pool. The well-designed barbecue area is just a few steps away, so nothing can stand in the way of summer parties with the best equipment. High chairs available on request. For a family party, a wedding, an anniversary, etc. an event ..., it is possible to use the professional kitchen appreciated also by the largest catering companies. This kitchen and the large hall above it can be the ideal place for a unique party (additional cost).

Bathrooms: 8 + 3 Each of the bedrooms in the holiday villa has its own bathroom, each with a walk-in shower, 1 - partly 2 sinks, bidet and toilet, the best ceramic, marble and solid modern accessories, almost all of them are private bathrooms, showers emotional showers with fragrance, colors and light effects are equipped with chromotherapy - so the bathrooms alone are truly spectacular In the property there are 3 other guest bathrooms with sink and toilet. A small set of bath and shower products will be ready for reception.

Property of 80,000 square meters The huge fairytale garden of this holiday villa has a unique variety of Mediterranean flowers, shrubs and trees, which have been cleverly created so that something grows and flourishes in every season. There is a vegetable garden with all imaginable Mediterranean herbs, created especially for guests. The fields belonging to the property are cultivated with certified organic crops - all types of cereals. Children can go wild in large playgrounds, in the pond (closed with a fence), where you can fish, there are carp, pike and other fish

The private pool in a wonderful panoramic position is 8x16 m. large at a depth of 1.25 - 1.55 m., there is interior lighting, outdoor shower, deck chairs and a covered pergola. In the pool house there is 1 toilet and 2 showers.

All the floors are made of oak planks, ceilings with chestnut wood beams characterize this typical Tuscan rustic style, doors, windows, wardrobes are all made of solid wood, captivating interiors of the bedrooms, the best fabrics, designs more beautiful, classic and modern expertly mixed testify to the extraordinary taste of the owners. The luxurious wellness area (on request € 150 per day) with a Finnish sauna and a hammam room. The wellness area is accessible only to guests of Villa "Tenuta Irene" and only upon registration with the owner, is available every day from 12:00 to 20:00 (unless otherwise agreed with the owner). The evening after the staff shutdown, the environment is cleaned and disinfected.
