TUSCANY. The house is located in the Casentino, a wonderful wooded area between Florence and Arezzo, fast unknown and not crowed by tourists as other parts of Tuscany. The furniture and the equipment of the apartments are very luxury, even in the smallest details, everything 
is new and perfect, in the Tuscan style.

The house, which consists of 2 apartments of the same size (each approximately 130 m2), which are rented together with other 2 guest houses as a whole unit, is divided as follows:  On the ground floor:  1 double bedroom 1 three-bed room with access to the terrace 1 bedroom with 2 beds 1 small storeroom Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with shower enclosure. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms 1 bedroom with 2 single beds There are 2 bathrooms with shower- one is super modern with also a sauna-shower Dependence: 1 double bedroom Living room with 2 sofa beds (for 1 adult or 2 children) 1 bathroom with shower Cottage: 1 double bedroom 1 bathroom with shower baby cots are available, if required

On the ground floor:  spacious living room of about 50 m2 with kitchenette, dining area, couches and chairs by a stone fireplace, with direct access to a large terrace Upstairs:  large living room with natural stone fireplace, sitting area, dining area and kitchenette Dependence:  big living room with fireplace, dining area, 2 sofa beds and kitchenette Satellite TV, CD player, telephone and internet are available.

The kitchens are perfectly equipped with dishwasher and all the facilities and necessary kitchenware (4-5 burner stove, oven, coffee machine and toaster German). On the back of the house, there is an extra meeting room,  where all the group can cook together in a well-equipped kitchen, lounge and have the meals there. Before this space, there is a big, covered terrace with barbecue, equipped with chairs and tables, where you can grill and eat outside. There is also a bathroom with toilet and washing machine, and also a stone oven for baking pizza.

The big property of 500.000 m2, 30 hectares of cultivated fields and 20 hectares of a big wood for your walks in the nature, is completely fenced and there you can really practice the sports you most like: jogging, cycling, fishing; indeed, there is even a private big lake of about 10,000 m2 (full of carps and other fish, a paradise for anglers- fishing rods are available) with a boat dock and a small boat to go there and relax. There is also a private TENNIS COURT and also a table tennis. On the back of the house, there is a small building, thought as an extra meeting room,  where the entire group can cook together in a well-equipped kitchen, lounge and have the meals there. Before this space, there is a big, covered terrace with barbecue, equipped with chairs and tables, where you can grill and eat outside. The wood, the lake and the tennis court are in common with another holiday house (la Villa https://fewo-toskana.com/ferienhaeuser/la-villa), which belongs to the same owners and it is about 700 meters away. This house has its own swimming pool and private lawns and is completely fenced. In the garden, around 50 meters from the main house, there is dependence (about 80 m2). The big holiday house has 5 covered parking places; the dependence has 2 covered parking spaces, all within the fenced property. The gates can be opened by remote control – this is for your absolute security and privacy. A golf club in a beautiful panoramic position is located in the next village of Poppi only 10 minutes by car. Lake and tennis court use included in the price. The extra large swimming pool (8x16 m.) is illuminated and equipped with very elegant and comfortable lounge chairs. Close to it, there is a big, shady pergola where even during the hottest days of the summer, you will stay very comfortable. Throughout all the garden area there aren’t any plastic furniture, but only very elegant and tasteful equipment, made of new materials. It was placed a lot of care, not only to provide an elegant interior ambience, but also an outdoor area able to meet the requests even of the most demanding guests.

The big novelty is a wellness SPA into the property with a sauna for 4-6 persons, an “emotional” shower, whirlpool and 4x8 m indoor swimming pool with bright and panoramic glass French doors, an oasis of peace in a very exclusive ambience for spoilt guests, who can’t forgo to a refined relax even on holiday. If you want to invite few friends for few days, 4 new suites are available in the same building of the SPA, furnished with elegant and tastefully furnishings, each with a double bedroom with private bathroom (price on demand) - a fantastic luxury ambience for even the most demanding needs. The wellness area is available by reservation only, at a cost of Euro 250,00 per day (Opening Time 2.30 pm - 6.30 pm) up to a maximum of 8 people. Entrance to the wellness area is allowed to people over 16 years old. The wood, the lake, the tennis court and the wellness spa are shared with another holiday Vila that belongs to the same owner and it is about 800 m distant. If you are travelling with a bigger group of friends, you can rent also this one- please, give a look to la Villa . There is also a big kitchen garden with bio organic vegetables that are at disposal of the guests and a chicken-run with cock and hens for your fresh eggs for your breakfast. The furniture and the equipment of the apartments are very luxury, even in the smallest details, everything is new and perfect, in the Tuscan style. This big property with all the surrounding fields and woods has a really a SUPERB LOCATION and doesn’t leave unsatisfied any wish about the outdoor living; the owners have really thought to all that can make a holiday marvelous. You can also “rent a cook”, a professional cook, owner of a restaurant, who will come to the holiday house and will prepare for you an excellent menu. If you have a family event to celebrate or prefer stay at home and taste local food in total peace- especially if you have little children that in this way can play without problems and easily be brought to bed- this is the ideal solution. The owners ( a young couple) are kind beyond words and loves receiving their guests, making their stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The farmhouse, the swimming pool and the garden can be used only by our guests and no others.

This big 300 m2 holiday house is in Casentino, between the little villages of Poppi and Soci, about 40 minutes drive from Arezzo and one hour from Florence. Casentino is a beautiful, wooded valley between Arezzo and Florence, with few tourists and mostly unknown. To do some shopping you can arrive in few minutes to  Soci or Poppi where you can find supermarkets and many retail shops for all your needs. Services: postal office, banks, pharmacy, tennis, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, coffee bars; on Tuesdays morning there is an outdoor market “ il mercato” in Poppi, on Fridays in Soci, where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, dresses and shoes. The ideal position of the property allows easy walks in the surroundings, mountain bike tours and visit to mystic places such as La Verna with its cloister and Camaldoli with its hermitage and forest, crossed by a myriad of trails for hiker’s amateurs. Another big draw for those seeking nature and peace is a visit to Monte Falterona, the mountain where the River Arno rises. In a hour drive, you can reach Florence and within manageable distances famous city such as Siena, San Gimignano, Perugia and Assisi.
