In the Main Villa, there is: The apartment „Cipresso“, on the ground floor, with 1 double bedroom and 1 sofa bed for 1 kid in the living room. This flat is really wonderful for young couples that can in this way spend time with the others and at the same time remain alone, when they will. The apartment „Glicine“is on the ground floor and it has 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment „Gelsomino“ is on the first  floor, reachable up to an outside staircase and it has 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. In the Dependence, which is directly in front of the main house, there is: The apartment „Edera“, on the ground floor, has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. In one of the double bedrooms, can be added an extra bed, if required. A baby cot is available, on demand.

Each apartment has cozy sitting furniture with comfortable sofas, chairs and TV SAT. All these apartments have in common a marvelous living-dining room in the main villa. This place was a former cellar and you can reach it passing over the „strettoio“, here there is the wine-press. The dining room with its antique vaults and the arch windows is a very inviting place, the ideal place where you can have your meals when outdoors is not possible. Close to this room, there is a living room with SAT TV   for all the group where you can relax and lounge. Internet access  is available.

Each apartment has its own kitchen or kitchen corner- so each family can prepare something to eat independently- equipped with stove, sink, refrigerator, German coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware ... This solution is very practical for those with little kids who can so organize separately the breakfast for them. A baby chair is available on demand For cooking all together, there is the big kitchen of the big common space, where can be prepared the meals for all the group. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an extra-big fridge-freezer, German coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle… and if you will, we can organize a cooking class with Signora Rita, the owner, who can teach you the secrets of the Tuscan cousine. Clearly, Sig.ra Rita can cook for you a typical Tuscan Menu, if you for one time want to be spoilt or you have to celebrate a family event, without cooking. A washing machine is available and also an outdoor masonry grill-barbecue.  The grill barbecue is near the swimming pool and there, you can have your Tuscan grill party, in a wonderful atmosphere.

Each apartment has its own bathroom each with shower enclosure, washbasin, bidet and WC.The apartment Edera has a bath tub with shower system.All the bathrooms are new and wonderful restored, with the typical Tuscan ceramic tiles and bathroom fittings of the best quality.In the shared building is available 1 WC with washbasin. A washing machine is available: 5 €/ per washing

the big garden is really wonderful, with a sea of flowers and many Mediterranean bushes everywhere, and also with century old trees, such as Oaks, cedars, cypresses, oleanders, brooms and olive trees, with which is made the famous olio extra vergine d’oliva. The farm produces its own olio extra vergine, that you can taste and buy, if you will, trying directly how different is this genuine oil from the most expensive bought in the shops. The garden is illuminated and offers a lot of different covered places where you can have your meals or simply lazy. You can spend practically all the day outdoors, with a Cappuccino, a glass of wine, a good book or simply “ dolce far niente”,- sweet do nothing.

the swimming pool is 6x12 m., illuminated and with 2 outside showers, sun umbrellas and deck chairs, is set in the mid of the big garden area, sun-kissed for all the day and surrounded by plants and flowers- a little Paradise in a quiet, beautiful, location, very good for big groups with children, that can find here the ideal place without any danger-no streets- so the parents can relax themselves. A big table and a masonry grill barbecue are near the swimming pool and there the entire group can sit together and have their meals.

The property with this imposing natural stone villa has 4 independent flats, 3 in the main villa with 12-13 possible accommodations and 1 in the dependence with a total of 6 beds. Many families that want to spend their holiday together find here the right ambience, where they can also stay alone and retain their privacy. The furniture of the flats is very beautiful and elegant; each apartment has its own precise style, with precious antique furniture and old family furnishings- the holiday villa dated back to 17th century and the old part is perfectly preserved- the owner, Signora Rita can tell you many interesting stories about many objects that she had by inheritance by their grandparents, great- grandparents and forebears.  This is the right villa for the guest who loves the style of the original Tuscan country houses, indeed, this is a so cozy ambience, so difficult to find,  full of style and of precious objects but at the same time rustic in structure, with its original beamed ceilings and the  original cotto floors, perfectly preserved. The owner, Sig.ra Rita lives during the winter in a part of the Villa with her husband and their 2 children and during the summer, to preserve the privacy of their guests, they live a bit in the Villa and a bit in their house in Arezzo.   If the guests prefer to remain completely alone during their holidays at the Villa, they should only make clear it at the moment of the booking. It is not a problem, but we should underline that Sig.ra Rita and her family are very discreet and take care the guests not to disturb in any way. On the contrary, it would be a great chance to have always there the owner, ready to meet all your demands. Moreover, the swimming pool, the garden and the pergolas are for the exclusive use of the guests. Signora Rita speaks good English and in a little room at the entrance of the Villa offers to her guests hand-made marmalade and jams, cheese, wine and her fantastic olive oil.

This estate is located about 15 km from Arezzo and for your shopping the nearest village is Capolona, only few minutes drive, where you will find supermarkets, many little shops, bank, chemist, post office, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, restaurants, railway station and all you need. In the holiday house you will find many ideas for your free time and the owner will give you some tips with great pleasure. Worth a visit is Arezzo, our “ untouristic” provincial chief town with its antique center, where each first week-end of the month takes place one of the most important antiquarian open market of all Italy, la Fiera Antiquaria- a particular atmosphere on the air: you can’t miss it! Many great poets and artists described in their works  the amenities of the countryside and the valleys around Arezzo such as Dante Alighieri, Guido Monaco, San Francesco d’Assisi and many painters such as  Piero della Francesca, Michelangelo … found here the realization of their artistic genius. If every day you want to experience a new emotion, visit Bibbiena, Poppi, the centre of Stia,the monastery of Camaldoli and the Friary of La Verna, where lived San Francesco.  Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Perugia, and Assisi, Cortona - all these art and cultural towns are within a daily trip and shouldn’t really miss in your Tuscan projects. After your days full of emotions and tired for the visits, you will be again in the peace of Villa Bruni, to relax yourself in the quiet of the countryside.
