Casa Claudio is located among the lush green of the Appennini Mountains, at the border between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, surrounded by the rural fields of the property cultivated with bio organic farming.

MAIN HOUSE 160 sqm. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms each with double bed and single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bed. There is another mansard with 2 beds, which is a bit low, but ideal for children or teenagers. DEPENDANCE 40 sqm. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 bedroom has an exit to the outside and is a walk-through room). The ground floor of the dependance is not available. 1 baby cot is available on request.

The main house. On the ground floor a cozy living room with couches, satellite TV and natural stone fireplace, also with exit to the outside.

Passing into the dining room, there is a fireplace for cooler days. There is also a storage room with washing machine.

The garden is equipped with garden furniture so you can have your breakfast under the pleasant sun of the morning and your meals outside under the shadow of a big walnut tree.Grill/barbecue

The swimming pool is next to the guest house, equipped with sun beds; the ideal place where you can relax yourself and forget about the stress of everyday life.

The nearest Village is Bagno di Romagna, only 10 min. drive, already known from the ancient Romans for its therapeutic hot thermal water that springs at a temperature of 45° C.  During your vacation, you can combine nature, healthy air to thermal baths and hot springs therapy. Bagni di Romagna is full of public thermal establishments and there is also a big indoor swimming pool. In the village, there is also a language school, where, in little groups, you can attend an intensive course of Italian with qualified teachers in a funny and relaxed atmosphere. The holiday house, the swimming pool and the garden can be used only by our guests and no others. The works of maintenance of the swimming pool are done very early in the morning but you can agree with the owner on the time you prefer.

The next largest town to reach in 10 minutes is BAGNO DI ROMAGNA, famous since Roman times for its hot springs; Here you can combine your holiday stay with the therapeutic qualities of pure, healthy air, untouched nature and water that flows from the numerous springs at a temperature of 45 ° C. There are several public thermal baths in the village and also a large public swimming pool (indoor pool). If you want to make a trip to the SEA: to Cesenatico, to reach the E45 highway is only 45 km. Cesenatico, only 45 km away, can be easily reached through the E45 speedway, so you can really plan a daily tour to the Riviera Adriatica.
