On the first floor of the house there are 2 double bed rooms and 2 twin bed rooms, all 4 very nicely decorated and very bright and friendly. 1 baby bed available on request.

In the cozy living room there are comfortable couches and armchairs in front of a natural stone fireplace as well as a dining table with chairs, satellite TV and internet connection. A double door leads to the spacious veranda in front of it.

The perfectly equipped kitchen has all the necessary equipment, is equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, double sink, 5-burner stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, German coffee machine, moka. There are two glass doors that lead to the large covered porch in front of it, where holidaymakers can spend most of the year eating meals. Next to the kitchen is a small extra room with a washing machine and ironing equipment.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower cabin, sink, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor there is another bathroom, also with a shower cabin, sink, toilet and bidet.

The large covered veranda (110 sqm) is the most inhabited place in the entire holiday home. There are tables and chairs for meals, as well as a couch and hammock for relaxing - enjoying a glass of prosecco or wine here at dusk is certainly one of the most beautiful moments of the day. A grill for your romantic barbecue evenings is available. If you have children playing in the garden or splashing around in the pool, you have everything in view, meadows and pool are easy to see. Thanks to the roofing, the veranda can be used by the holiday guests at any time of the year, when there is too much sun you can relax in the shade, if the weather is bad, it does not bother you, you can be outside without problems. A paved road leads to the garden gate. The property is not fenced, but is in a secluded location without neighboring houses, pool and garden are for the sole use of holiday guests only.

The pool is 5x10 m. large, depth 1.00 - 2.00 meters, has interior lighting, outdoor shower and has deckchairs, parasols and changing rooms. The pool is located a few meters from the house in the middle of the well-tended garden area and is a wonderful place to really unwind.

A large covered veranda, green meadows, plenty of space for the children to play, Mediterranean vegetation, the large garden, a pool directly in front of the door, 100% privacy, no neighboring houses, no car traffic and last but not least the immediate vicinity and the fantastic climate of the Adriatic coast are the big pluses of this vacation home.

Although the holiday home is surrounded by greenery, it is located in a few minutes from Cesena (6 km), where there are shops for all tastes, supermarkets, post office, banks, cafes, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and restaurants - in short everything for Holiday life belongs. In about 20 km you are on the most beautiful and well-kept sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast (for example in Cesenatico), there are free and managed beaches with rental of umbrellas, deck chairs and boats, there are playgrounds for children, snack bars, ice cream parlors, bars, pizzerias: here you can completely relax. Beach walks and pedestrian zones with boutiques, summer festivals and all kinds of attractions invite you to stroll. On the banks of the port channel of Cesenatico, numerous restaurants prepare their delicious dishes based on fresh fish according to the best traditional recipes. Must be mentioned and proven: the Piadina Romagnola - a focaccia, freshly prepared with all kinds of fillings, which you can order and enjoy in any kiosk, café bar and wherever there is a snack bar. The large "Atlantica" water park, over one hundred thousand square meters with swimming pools, slides and games, ensures joy and pleasure for young and old. In Riccione it is highly recommended to visit the Acquafun and certainly also the "Oltremare" park. Other amusement parks in your area are the "Fiabilandia" in Rimini (30 km), ideal for children, as well as the "Italia in Miniatura". Adults will certainly appreciate San Marino (45 km), the oldest republic in the world with a history dating back to 301. Sailing, windsurfing and water skiing in Cesenatico can be performed not only by professionals, but also by beginners. Even for cyclists, this is the starting point for routes that lead through the impressive landscapes of the hinterland. From Cesenatico pier you can reach some places from Istria and the Croatian islands, such as Porec, Rovinj, Pula and Losinj, with a 2-hour boat trip.
