The house has 2 separate apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. 3 bedrooms in total. On the 1st floor there is 1 double bed bedroom with a canopy bed, here there is a satellite TV, if necessary a single bed in a small bedroom; in the living room 1 double sofa bed. In the ground floor apartment there is also 1 double bed bedroom and in the living room 1 double sofa bed. Baby cot available on request.

Each apartment has a spacious living room, each with a dining table, double sofa bed and satellite TV, the typical arches give a view of the modern, well-equipped kitchen area. There is a safe in both apartments.

The modern kitchens each have a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, sink, German coffee machine, toaster and all equipment, pots, pans and dishes for cozy cooking. The kitchen on the 1st floor can be reached via an outside staircase, the one on the ground floor has a direct exit to the garden. Children's highchairs available on request. A washing machine is available in an extra room, also ironing equipment.

Both apartments have 1 bathroom with attractive Tuscan ceramics with shower cabin, sink, toilet, bidet, hair dryer.

The garden area (5,000 m2) is completely fenced, covered parking spaces on the property. Benches and tables next to the brick barbecue area invite you to be outdoors, coal is available for free. Enjoying the evening here in the open and unspoiled nature is a luxury that a guest from the city will surely appreciate.In the garden there is an extra large Jacuzzi for 6 people (€ 180 extra per week). the wood around the property is full of evergreen trees, firs, spruces and pines, truffle plants, fruit trees and Mediterranean herbs there is a playground for the children. There is a campsite with a public swimming pool 4 km away.

The property belongs to the municipality of Poppi in Casentino, a wooded region in the heart of Tuscany that has not yet been recorded in terms of tourism - which is perhaps why it is so popular with holidaymakers who have been here before and do not like tourist crowds. Here you live among locals, lots of nature and green, healthy air, nice, friendly, simple people but not too far from the big cities of art and culture. Florence can be reached in less than an hour by car, Arezzo is around 30 km away, Siena, San Gimignano, Perugia, Cortona and more. v. a. can be reached and visited on comfortable day trips - then you can return to the quiet of the holiday home in the evening and find pure relaxation here. The surrounding area also offers a lot to see, romantic small towns with quiet corners, defiant castles, remarkable churches and monasteries can be found here in the Casentino. Poppi, Pratovecchio, Stia, Cetica, Montemignaio, Strada, Bibbiena, Rassina, Talla - there is something interesting to discover everywhere, there is no boredom. Not to mention the many summer festivals that are celebrated here, there are flea markets, wine festivals, mushroom festivals, trout festivals, people celebrate polenta, ravioli, farmer's bread and have fun on warm summer evenings, often with music and dance - but how Said tourists are welcome, but so far there are - still - few !!
