Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; in the "open space" over the living room there is 1 double bed, reachable through an indoor staircase. 1 baby cot is available on request.

The bright, cheerful living room on the ground floor has large windows and a door that leads to a fronting terrace, with a sitting area by a thermal fireplace and also a dining table and satellite TV with ASTRA / English channels. An indoor staircase leads to a spacious balustrade, where there is a sofa bed for 2 people.

The ground floor kitchen is fully equipped with, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, 4 hotplates, oven, German coffee maker, kettle and toaster, also a baby high chair. A washing machine is available.

Standard equipment: shower, bidet, toilet, sink There is 1 bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower, accessible up few stairs from the ground floor, also a toilet and bidet in a separate room next to the bedroom downstairs.

The holiday house is located on a small hill surrounded by a large garden area. The property is ideal for families with children, no paths or roads pass by the house, which could be reached only by a small private road, which ends at the house, so it is guaranteed a perfect security also here in the countryside. The owner's house is located below the holiday house at 100 m. distance; they are there when you need them but they will leave total privacy to their holiday guests. Around the house there is a paved terrace, with a table and chairs for outside eating and sun loungers to relax - all over there are meadows where you can find a nice, quiet spot. Your children will have here a lot of space to play and run around. The entrance gate has remote control and parking is inside the property.

Swimming pool The 6x12 m swimming pool is surrounded by the greenery and it is about 70 m. away from the holiday house. It is illuminated and there is a covered dining area and lounge chairs for sunbathing.

The big plus of this holiday house is the ideal location in the heart of Tuscany. The house is so near to the small village that you can go there on foot and so the car does not really need. Starting from season 2024 air condition (on request, extra to pay) in all rooms.

Dogs are not allowed

The holiday house belongs to the small municipality of Laterina in the province of Arezzo. Laterina has its origins in the Middle Age and was mentioned even by Dante Alighieri. Laterina and its surroundings offer many picturesque little alleys and corners, nice little shops, interesting churches, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities that will make the your holiday fun and pleasant, without having to drive around much with the car. Every year, on the last weekend of July - takes place in Laterina a very famous and popular medieval festival and so, if you are here at that time, you can mingle with locals and foreigners and experience an unprecedented spectacle, which will remain for a long time in your memory. The whole small town celebrates for 3 days until late in the night with costumes, foods and events that remind us of its ancient origin. Arezzo is only 15 minutes’ drive away and here, every first weekend of the month, takes place the famous antique fair, with hundreds of exhibitors and a great hustle and bustle in the old part of the town –really worth a visit for art lovers are surely a "must" even all the other known and famous places in Tuscany and from the holiday house, they are all reachable within an easy, daily trip.   As for restaurants and pizzerias, the owner will give the guests some useful tips. Your daily shopping can be done in the village, only a few minutes away. There, you will find a supermarket and many retail shops, pharmacy, butcher, baker, bank… nearby, there is a well-known organic farm that sells its world-class products and there you can buy typical Tuscan food such as cheese, ham, salami, mozzarella, olive oil and good wine.
