On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed, which can also be extended to a double bed, and 1 further bedroom with a double bed and single bed. Both bedrooms are very spacious, bright and friendly. 1 baby cot available on request

On the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace, sofa, satellite TV, table and chairs. A glass door leads directly into the garden. In the basement, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is the tavern, another cozy and very large room with a large dining table, shop window, satellite TV, sofa bed. here - you have your privacy, the bathroom is right next door, the Taverna is also directly accessible from the outside.

The large kitchen next to the living room is perfectly equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 gas burners, double sink, German coffee machine, toaster, Italian espresso coffee maker, blender, pots and pans. In the tavern there is a second kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, fridge, electric oven, sink, washing machine, espresso machine (capsule available from the owner on request). High chairs for children available on request. A glass door leads to the garden and pergola directly opposite, which is equipped with a dining table for 6 people; the barbecue cannot be missing. On the front of the house there is also a covered area with table and chairs where you can have meals. So you can choose ... in good weather, of course, in the garden, otherwise in the living room on the ground floor or in the tavern.

On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, toilet and bidet. The 2nd bathroom is in the basement, also equipped with a shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bidet. Both bathrooms are bright and flooded with light, modern furnishings with Tuscan ceramics and solid fittings.

The garden is about 1500 square meters here you will have plenty of space for your children to play. There are Mediterranean plants, shrubs and trees an oasis of greenery in a wonderful air. The garden is completely fenced (1 m. - 1.50 m. High), therefore safe for dogs, at the entrance we have a gate with automatic remote control.

The swimming pool is in front of the house, measuring 4.5 x 9 m. , with a maximum depth of 1.50 m. with Roman scale. There are sun loungers and a gazebo with comfortable seats, where you can spend the whole day relaxing, from here you can have an eye on your children.

The small holiday home is immersed in the Tuscan forests, from the house you are a few steps in the woods and you can take wonderful trekking tours or simply relaxing walks. Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome basket with local products and made in home.

The house is located in CASENTINO, a beautiful valley in the heart of Tuscany not yet taken by mass tourism. The closest village is Montemignaio (with a grocery store, a butcher and a small bar). Anyone who has ever spent their holidays in the Casentino is happy to return, there are many picturesque villages such as Stia, Pratovecchio, Poppi, Bibbiena, which are all worth a visit.The house owner is boss of the Valley Tour company, www.valleytour.it, you can book guided tours (in English) with him in the nearer and further surroundings.
