The house has 2 bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds, both bedrooms, with a glass door, also have a direct exit to the garden in front of the pool.

On the upper floor of the house we find the large and bright living room with satellite TV, table for dining inside, and a comfortable sofa bed. The house is on two levels but always accessible from the ground floor, being the garden positioned on both levels.

The kitchen is fully glazed, overlooking the swimming pool with the main window and a French door on the side, overlooking the beautiful gazebo above the swimming pool. You can cook, prepare an aperitif watching your children in the swimming pool, and with two steps you will be under the outdoor lounge for unforgettable summer evenings.

Casa Jacopo has 1 bathroom with a washbasin made from a beautiful antique work table, bidet, toilet and a beautiful large shower decorated with stucco and LED lights.

The garden surrounding the holiday home is approximately 6000 square meters and offers plenty of space for children to play. The pool is in front of the house, is 4x9 m. large, at a depth of 1.40 m., with internal stairs. There are sun loungers for sunbathing.
