Holidays on the edge of a Tuscan village in the midst of unspoiled nature, paradise for mountain bikers and hikers, very suitable for families, garden, private pool, barbecue area, fully fenced, satellite TV,

The house has 3 levels: basement, ground floor and 1st floor (the three floors are connected by internal stairs). On the ground floor there is the main entrance and there is 1 double bedroom, there is the possibility of an extra bed; on the 1st floor there is 1 further double bedroom and in the kitchen 1 double sofa bed for 2 people / children; in the basement, somewhat separated from the living area, there are 2 single beds (bunk bed). 1 baby cot is available on request.

In the basement there is a large common room with kitchen and bathroom; on the ground floor and on the first floor there are 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The common living room has dining table and chairs for the whole group, couch, satellite TV, storage cupboards and showcases and a spacious open kitchen area, a pellet stove for cooler evenings in early spring or late autumn is available. There are 2 single beds (bunk beds), possibly intended for the children.

There is a kitchen on each of the 3 floors. The kitchen in the basement is suitable for cooking all together, there is a 5-burner gas stove, 1 electric oven, 1 small electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, double sink, toaster, German coffee machine, mocha jug Italian and all the necessary dishes and utensils. There is also a pizza oven. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, with a small sofa, a cozy sitting area with a dining table, a fireplace stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a double sink, a four-burner stove and all necessary dishes. The same on the 1st floor: a kitchen, also with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, small oven, fireplace, dining table + chairs and a 3-seater sofa, intended as a sofa bed for children, if necessary.

On each of the 3 floors there is a bathroom, with terracotta tiles and modern equipment, each with a shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet and toilet and hairdryer. Washing machine available.

The garden surrounding the house is fenced with a garden gate, safe for dogs and ideal for children to play safely, parking spaces are available inside. There is a brick barbecue ideal for your summer parties, the poolside pavilion is a wonderful place to relax for breakfast, lunch or dinner and, of course, with a glass of Chianti or Prosecco.

The pool in front of the house in the garden has a constant water supply and on the wide stairs there are bubble jets, which ensure bathing fun, which is particularly popular with children. The pool is approximately 5x8 m. large, 1.20 - 1.40 m. deep, it is illuminated and there are comfortable lounge chairs. Directly at the pool is a garden pavilion with dining table and benches, here the holiday guests will definitely spend a large part of the day, the kids can be well supervised from here, otherwise the pool is fenced around childproof and provided with a garden gate.

The Liala holiday home, was built with love by the owners on a large garden, is furnished in a rustic style, lots of wood and natural stone have been used, chestnut and oak wood make for a welcoming atmosphere. If you have your mountain bikes with you (you can also rent them in different locations), here you will find a paradise, paths inside the Casentinesi forests in a wonderful and healthy air, and obviously this also applies to trekking enthusiasts: the paths and the possibilities are unlimited, directly from the house in nature

The holiday home is located in the municipality of Castel San Niccolò in the middle of a small village in the Casentino, a wooded area not yet very developed for tourism in the heart of Tuscany - there are many small food shops, typical restaurants at reasonable prices , unspoiled nature, centuries-old woods, many small towns such as Poppi, Pratovecchio, Stia, Strada, Bibbiena with castles, small churches, old streets and romantic corners, all of which are worth a visit
