On the ground floor, coming from the main entrance, there is 1 double bedroom; in the basement, which is also on the ground floor from the back, the pool side, there are 2 further double bedrooms, one of which has a spacious dressing room behind the bed area.

In the upper living room there is a sitting area in front of the fireplace, satellite TV and a dining table with bench and chairs, a glass door leads to a veranda, where there is also a table with chairs, with a view of the olive grove, the pool and the green hills of the area meals can be taken here. The basement can be reached by an internal staircase, there is another living room equipped with 2 couches. The large glass door leads to the garden and pool area.

The built-in kitchen on the upper floor has a dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, there are all the necessary dishes, pots, pans etc. Toaster, German coffee machine.

There is a bathroom on each floor, each with a shower cubicle, marble sink, toilet and bidet, and one of the bathrooms has a washing machine.
