The guest farmhouse Casa Martina is a paradise for families with children and nature lovers. It is swathed in the greenery of a 6 hectare completely fenced property of a still- untouched Tuscan landscape. 
The swimming pool is heated, so you can use it also in autumn and in spring. The outdoor area is equipped with many covered sitting corners and the dogs are welcome!

As you can see by the photos, there are 2 individual Holiday houses, Capanna of about 60 m2 and the other main farmhouse of about 110 m2 that can be rented together or separately. At request, it is possible to have another little cottage of about 30 m2. CAPANNA is a little cottage with: 1 Room with a double bed 1 bathroom with  shower 1 spacious living room  with 1 sofa beds (for 2 children) and a wood heater that can easily warm up all the cottage  cooking corner with a 4 burner oven, a sink, a fridge/freezer . The main farmhouse is divided in two apartments called Seccatoio and Botte. SECCATOIO:  2 Bedrooms with the double beds 1 bathroom with shower 1 living room with a cooking corner (furnished as Capanna) BOTTE : 2 Bedrooms with a double bed and an extra-large single bed of a square and a half ( una piazza e mezzo). 1 bathroom with shower 1 living room with a cooking corner (furnished as Capanna) The little cottage:  1 Bathroom 1Bedroom with a double bed.

House CAPANNA: 1 very spacious living room with 1 sofa bed (for 2 persons) and eco-stove, heated with wood, which then also heated the whole apartment, kitchenette. Main house FEWO SECCATOIO: 1 living room with kitchenette. Main house FEWO BOTTE: 1 living room with kitchenette. In the living room of the holiday home Capanna some walls were left in natural stone, they give with the massive wood beam ceiling a perfect picture of the typical Tuscan country house.

House CAPANNA: kitchen unit with oven, 4-burner stove, sink, refrigerator with freezer, German coffee machine, dishwasher, dining area kitchen, Italian coffee machine, toaster. Main house FEWO SECCATOIO: kitchenette with oven, 4-burner stove, sink, refrigerator with freezer. Main house FEWO BOTTE: with oven, 4-burner stove, sink, refrigerator with freezer.

House CAPANNA: 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, washbasin. Main house Appartament SECCATOIO: 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, washbasin. MAIN HOUSE Appartament BOTTE: 1 bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet, WC, washbasin. Extra cottage: on the ground floor, 1 bathroom with shower cabin, washbasin and WC. Washing machine available.

If you want to sit down and eat all together, the best place to do so is the big living space in the Capanna. All the three houses have a covered pergola under which you can comfortably sit and drink. The private parking is into the fenced property. Well-educated dogs are welcomed.

The new swimming pool is 12x6 m. for a depth of 1, 00 - 1, 40 m and it is illuminated and equipped with outside shower. But its highlight is that it is heated and so you can use it even in the coldest days in autumn or spring. It is located between the two holiday houses in a sunny and panoramic position. This beautiful and peaceful place is the best to enjoy lazy relaxing days. All around the children have a lot of space to play and run around, while the adults to relax and amble. You wouldn’t heard any car noise but only the singing of the birds and you will release, refresh, let go, and forget about the stress of everyday life.SWIMMING POOL HEATING FEE €200,00 PER WEEK

The look wanders over thousands of apple trees, that are cultivated in this little farm; You can marvel at their change in each season: at the beginning of the spring, where thousands of white and pink flowers make this place magic; then, when the fruits ripen and everything is of a soft green and, at last, in the autumn, when the apples are to be cropped and tasted and, if you like, you can bring some of them home with you.

Pets are allowed on request. The property is fenced (height 1.70 m)

To do some shopping you can go to the little village of Montemignaio, which is only 4 km from the farmhouse. The nearest big shopping Centre is in Bibbiena (18 km away). In Ponte a Poppi you can find a public swimming pool and a disco (13 km away). “Consuma-Pass“, the most loved weekend destination for the people from Florence, is not so distant and, from there (height of 1.050 m), you can have a breathtaking view over the Casentino valley, one of the most beautiful Tuscan landscape and buy some of the typical local products such as Casentinese ham, porcini mushrooms and sheep’s milk cheese and taste them in one of the outdoor pubs. The farmhouse, the swimming pool and the garden may be used only by our guests and no others. The works of maintenance of the swimming pool are done very early in the morning but you can agree with the owner on the time you prefer.  The bus stop for the public service that daily goes to Florence is only few kilometers far from the house. In this way, you can go by bus to Florence and visit the most famous city of Tuscany without the stress of finding a parking and, at evening , you will be taken back home again.
