Casa Melli enjoys a beautiful panoramic and peaceful location, just 400 metres from the small village of Castel Focognano and 25 km from the city of Arezzo. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests + 1 baby and offers a fully fenced private property, featuring a large garden, private pool (heated on request for an extra fee) and a hot tub, all for exclusive use.

The pool, located just a few steps from the house and open from April to October, also includes a shallow children’s area, perfect for little ones to sit and play safely. A covered parking area is available within the property.

The holiday house features 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), 2 full bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. A cosy living room is available for relaxing moments (fireplace not usable), along with a bright glass veranda overlooking the garden and the pool. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens.

The spacious covered terrace is ideal for outdoor dining, and guests can also enjoy a barbecue and a wood-fired oven for homemade pizza. Both indoor and outdoor areas are designed to offer maximum comfort, with everything you need to relax and have fun.
