On the 1st floor you come to a large panoramic terrace and from there you reach two adjoining, independent apartments: one has 1 double bed bedroom and a double bed couch, the other has 2 double bed bedrooms, one of them with 1 extra single bed, suitable for children who sleep with their parents there is an ensuite bathroom, further you can reach the "tower" via a small stone staircase, here is another double bed.On the ground floor there is an apartment composed by 3 double bedrooms. Baby cot available on request. There are mosquito screens on all windows.

On the 1st floor in the larger of the two apartments there is a cozy living room with an antique natural stone fireplace and a terracotta stove, dining table with chairs, couch and satellite TV, there are DVD, CD and stereo; At ground level you come into the large common room, where the whole group can eat together when the weather is not so good to do it outside, there is also a satellite TV.

Both apartments on the 1st floor have their own kitchen, perfectly equipped if there are special wishes within the group / family, such as preparing extra food for children or brewing a coffee or tea, if everyone wants to have breakfast together on the spectacular panoramic terrace, everything is available, including a German coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. In order to prepare lunch or dinner, the small kitchen right next to the common room will certainly be used, here too everything is available including a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, there is a high chair on request.

The larger apartment on the 1st floor has 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite bathroom; the smaller apartment has 1 bathroom.The apartment on the ground floor has 2 bathrooms. All 5 bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin, sink, toilet and bidet. A washing machine is available.

Plot 26 hectares, of which 4,000 square meters of garden. The garden around the house is overgrown with many trees, bushes and flowers, large lawns leave space for children to play; everywhere on the property there are secluded places to relax and simply enjoy nature. The olive grove around the pool is a feast for the eyes, there are 450 trees and you can purchase the extra virgin olive oil obtained here directly from the owner! There are fig, plum, cherry and apricot trees, wonderful cedar trees, huge, ancient, shade-giving oaks and of course the typical Tuscan cypresses are not missing. Somewhat below the house there is a large covered space with a dining table and chairs, for your meals outdoors, there is also the brick barbecue area and nothing stands in the way of your summer parties. The 30 square meter covered veranda on the 1st floor, accessible via an ancient stone staircase, with its five arches is a wonderful place to sit, look, eat, drink a glass of Chianti or just enjoy the day. You can reach the property via a well navigable path, there is a garden gate with remote control, parking spaces are within the property.

The area around the pool is completely fenced and childproof. The pool is 6x12 m. large and 1.10 - 1.50 m. deep, with roman steps, interior lighting, solar shower. Around the pool there are sun loungers, parasols and a covered, comfortable seat with a garden couch and armchairs - taking a glass of Prosecco in the evening sun is surely the crowning glory of a wonderful holiday.

The holiday home is on a hill above green meadows and fields. The outdoor area with its wonderful panoramic position is a dream - all this far from the streets and noises of civilization, again you are in a few minutes drive down to the villages in the valley for your shopping, dining, etc. The owners, Dario and Monica, live in the village, are quickly on hand when needed, speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
