The holiday house is swathed in the greenery, in a secluded and quiet position, with romantic garden, on the scenic west coast of the Island of Elba, for 4-5 persons, with a spectacular sea view and a nearby restaurant that can be reached on foot!

There are 2 spacious double bedrooms and the possibility of an extra bed and / or a baby cot. One of the rooms has a direct exit to the garden, the other, on the front of the house, has a sea view.

The kitchen has large panoramic windows overlooking the sea, and it is equipped with Fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas oven, all cooking and kitchen utensils and German coffee maker. There is a dining area and a TV with SAT TV.

Standard equipment:  shower, WC, bidet, sink

Directly in front of the apartment located private, fenced garden, with table, chairs, parasol, deck chairs, barbecue and a small fountain.

The Green romantic garden with its Mediterranean vegetation is a wonderful place for sunbathing, lounging, enjoying a Prosecco in the evening sun and taking all the meals outdoors, it is a place to relax and unwind, children are safe and eventual four-legged friends, it everything is fenced. The view over the green slopes to the sea is an experience every hour and especially at sunset. A total plus and appreciated by all holiday guests: a good Ristorante / Pizzeria is within walking distance in a few meters; Here you can enjoy the sea view on the terrace and drink a glass of wine with good food - forget the car, walking afther dinner it will be a plesure!!

The house belongs to the municipality of Patresi, on the west coast of the island, between Marciana and Chiessi. The beach of Patresi is highly appreciated for its interesting marine fauna and flora by divers. Crystal clear water invites you to swim and dive. On the beach, there is a bar and can be rented sun beds and sun umbrellas. On the beach of Pomonte, a few kilometers away, there is an interesting surprise for divers - a boat wreck of 25 meters, sunk in 1972, located at depth of 12 m. The beautiful beach of Sant'Andrea- sand and rocks- is only 2 km away, with sun beds and sun umbrellas for rent, bar and restaurant is also highly recommended. Shopping For your shopping, there is a small shop within walking distance; in all the small nearby villages, there are shops and in Marciana Marina and Marina di Campo you will find supermarkets for all your needs.
