There is 1 double bed in the attic attic, which is open to the living room on the ground floor, in the living room on the ground floor there is 1 double bed couch suitable for 1 or 2 children. 1 baby cot is available on request.

The light-flooded, very spacious living room on the ground floor is entered from the garden, there is a natural stone fireplace, 2 armchairs, 1 double-seat couch and 1 pull-out couch, suitable for 1-2 children for sleeping. In addition, a dining table with chairs and satellite TV.

The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and can be entered through an open arch. It is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 5-burner stove, small electric oven, sink, German coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, high chairs on request. You can also access the garden area directly from the kitchen.

The bathroom is on the ground floor and has 1 shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet.

The garden surrounding the house offers families with children a wonderful holiday. Large lawns, Mediterranean vegetation, the swimming pool in the middle and the sun all day long - you can't ask for more from a holiday home. The barbecue area is there! The property is completely fenced (1.60 fence) with an automatic gate at the entrance (remote control).

The 11x3 m. large pool is slightly elevated in the garden area a few meters from the house. From here you have an indescribable view of the whole valley, you can enjoy the sun until sunset.

The peculiarity of this small holiday home is its truly unique and fantastic location. In the middle of nature, on a hill with a fantastic view of the valley below. Above the original chestnut and oak forest, which belongs to the Casentinesi Forest National Park. You are completely undisturbed on this property, there are no houses nearby, children can let off steam and adults can enjoy complete peace and relaxation.
