Tuscany. Beautiful villa with swimming pool, located in the countryside of Gaiole in Chianti (between Siena and Florence). It can sleep up to 12 people for a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The property, spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 12 people for a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms on 1st floor + 1 service bathroom on the ground floor. Ground floor: A rustic room with tavern, wooden dining table and stone fireplace welcomes us. Following is a guest bathroom. First floor: On the first floor there is a spacious living area, furnished with sofas, armchairs, fireplace and a long wooden dining table. Then you will find a large fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and breakfast table). Lastly, there are 6 large bedrooms with double beds (3 of which are splittable) and 4 bathrooms (3 with shower and 1 with bathtub and shower). The 3 bedrooms with non-splittable beds are equipped with air conditioning. All windows have mosquito screens.

Villa Gaiole is located in the countryside of Gaiole in Chianti. The property is accessed through a short tree-lined path, along which you can admire a wonderful panorama of the surrounding landscape. The villa boasts a large private garden (4.000 sqm) on 3 sides, decorated with many ancient jars, plants and flowers. At guests' disposal also a lovely swimming pool (8x4 m.), a dining table and a barbecue, perfect for tasty grills with friends. The owner of the villa is a wine producer so you can book with him a visit to his cellars with wine tasting.

Villa Gaiole is located just 1,2 km from the village of Gaiole in Chianti, where you can find all basic shops (grocery sore, bakery, butcher, newsstand...) and some restaurants and bars. The amazing area of Chianti Classico is known worldwide for the prestigious wine to which it gives birth (the typical emblem of the Gallo Nero), and for its evocative sceneries and charming villages which are along the “Via Chiantigiana”, from the nearby Greve to Panzano, from Castellina to Radda. Even Siena, a splendid medieval city full of tradition and artistic masterpieces, is near (just 40 minutes away by car). It is also worth visiting the countryside of Siena: here you will find other medieval gems, like Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and San Galgano.
