Beautiful, single Tuscan holiday house, for 12 - 16 persons, with private swimming pool and well-tended garden located in Val di Chiana, in a strategic position between the famous and wonderful town of Montepulciano and the Etruscan Cortona. The property is completely fenced and dogs are more than welcome!

This holiday house has 6 bedrooms.  On the ground floor, each apartment has 1 spacious double room, while, on the first floor, we find 1 double-bedded room and 1 bedroom with two single beds. It is possible to add for each apartment an additional bed and a sofa bed, baby cribs are available.

2 sofa beds, TV Sat, fireplace with natural stones, internet access Each apartment has 1 living room, equipped with table, fire place, sofa and TV SAT. Glass double doors connect the living room with the terrace and the garden, where you can have your meals. Internet access is available at request.

Each apartment has its own kitchen, so our guests, probably part of a bigger group, can prepare different meals in total autonomy. each kitchen is very good equipped: 4 burner gas oven, German coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, sink, microwave (x1), toaster, electric kettle, moka, washing machine(1) and all the necessary kitchenware.  Baby high chairs are available at request.

Each apartment has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. On the ground floor, there are 2 bathrooms with bath tub, bidet, WC, wash basin. On the first floor we find other 2 bathrooms all equipped with bidet, WC and wash basin and shower.

Property: 50 Hectares The 600 m2 of garden are completely fenced the children have here a lot of space to play and run around without any danger. The property is completely fenced and illuminated at evening.  There is a barbecue area where you can grill and taste the most famous „ bistecca chianina“, a steak of bullocks from Val di Chiana ( Chiana Valley) along with a bottle of good local wine; we assure you that you will eat it with gusto!

The swimming pool is next to the guest house, in a central position, equipped with sun beds, sun umbrella and garden furniture. It is very nice with its particular arched form, surrounded by the garden and illuminated at evening. This is the ideal place where you can relax yourself, let go, and forget about the stress of everyday life; the better way to spend your Tuscan holiday!

The holiday house  „I girasoli“ was originally a farm house, restructured by the owners with high care for the details, maintaining the typical Tuscan style of the old country houses, using massive wood for the furniture, windows and doors, with the floors in the terracotta tiles and solid bathroom fittings. If you are a bicycle lover, you really can’t miss The Canale Maestro della Chiana, a cycle and pedestrian path which joins Arezzo to Chiusi (about 62 km long).This ancient road is a natural track without any height or level differences and it is particularly suitable for families with children or even to those cyclists who are not particularly athletically trained. It is a different and funny way to visit our country, in a closer contact with the nature and with our beautiful Tuscan surroundings.

  This holiday house is located in the heart of Val di Chiana (Chiana Valley), surrounded by olive trees and vineyards and has a strategic position to reach Arezzo, Siena and Umbria. It is dipped in the Etruscan history and culture, with the near charming Cortona that should be absolutely visited. The local farmers produce a lot of genuine and real food such as cheese, vegetables, fruits, wine, olive oil that you can buy everywhere. Cortona and Montepulciano are only 15 km away and you really can organize a gastronomic tour, drinking different kind of wines, all of high quality and tasting different local food. The nearest highway is only 6 km away (Valdichiana) and there you should absolutely visit a very famous outlet-Village, Valdichiana-Outlet-Village, a must for fashion addicted, with many beautiful shops of very famous brands, located in a charming village, where you really can “squander” your vacation budget!  The shops for your daily needs are only a km away from the holiday house.
