CAMAIORE / VERSILIA, TUSCANY COAST. Experience the famous Tuscan coast of Versilia, with this lovely holiday house with a beautiful view of the sea, only 10 km away from the seaside. In this dreamlike atmosphere, you will find total privacy, with your own private swimming pool and a veranda with sea view. Dog are allowed.

This well-kept property, with the Mediterranean garden equipped with grill- barbecue, stone wood oven and tennis table will not leave unfulfilled any of your wishes.

In the main house, there are 1 double bedroom with sea view and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. In the dependence, there is a further double bed set in an open space. 1 baby cot is available on demand

The living room of the main house has 2 glass doors which lead to the garden and to the veranda with a spectacular sea view.  It is furnished with a sofa and 4 armchairs, a fireplace, a SAT TV (LCD 24 "), the Play Station and an extendable table for up to 8 persons. A safe is available. In the Dependence, which is about 8 m. away from the main house, there is an "open space" with 1 double bed, a wardrobe, a table with chairs, a kitchen corner with sink and a 3 burner gas oven

The kitchen of the main house is completely equipped with all the necessary facilities and kitchenware such as microwave, fridge- freezer, electric oven, 4 burner stove, dishwasher, German coffee machine and Italian Moka, toaster, mixer.  In the garden, there is a further room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board and clothes horse .

Bathrooms n. 2 Standard equipment:  shower, bidet, WC, sink 1 bathroom in the main house with shower enclosure, marble sink, WC and bidet. 1 bathroom in the Dependence with shower enclosure, sink and WC.

Garden and terrace tennis table, grill/barbecue, wood oven for baking pizza The property is about 4500 m 2, with 1100 m 2 of garden and 3500 m 2 of olive grove. The well-tended garden is full of Mediterranean plants; a corner with the typical aromatic herbs is near the kitchen and the picturesque olive grove is practically on the doorstep. There is a wood-burning oven, a grill and a tennis table;  a part of the property is fenced with a gate at the entrance.

This wonderful holiday house offers to our guests the beauty of the Tuscan countryside along with the close proximity to the sea and, thanks to its secluded location, it grants 100% privacy. Precious wonderful interiors along with the well-tended garden can satisfy even the most demanding guests. In this quiet setting, your daily routine can be really rest and relax and- if you like, in few minutes drive, you will be to the sea with the local lively daily and varied nightlife, chic shopping and amusements of all kinds. Parking. At about 200 m. there is a public parking area and about 150 m. there is a private car park with 1 parking space; the road is paved up to the parking lot, then it continues on a walking street, in good condition, you cannot get to the house by car.

The nearest village is Pedona, in a walking distance of about 500 m., where you will find a  café bar, food shops, a restaurant - pizzeria. In Camaiore - only 5 km away – there are many shops, supermarkets, bank, post office, ice cream parlor, and so on… in short everything that belongs to the Italian holiday life. Lido di Camaiore, 10 km away, is the nearest beach with bathing facilities where you can rent sun chairs, sun umbrellas, beach cabins, and playgrounds for kids, beach cafés. Restaurants and pizzerias are everywhere and there is also a small public beach. In 15 km distance (towards Viareggio), you will find free beaches. The many beach resorts throughout the Versilia coast are among the most popular and famous in Italy - beautiful beach promenades, cafes, ice cream shops, posh boutiques and shops, a lively nightlife in the many night clubs and places of entertainment; Versilia could really offer the right amusement for every taste.
