The country holiday house Il Bacile  is only 8 km away from the little medieval village of Poppi. With a southern exposure, it dominates a property of 40.000 m2, with a splendid, far-reaching view of more than 40 km of the surroundings below.
A heated swimming pool and a basketball court are at your disposal.
The house consists of 2 equal sized apartments (both located on the ground floor), each with its own entrance; Each apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower cabin. Total of 8 sleeps. 

The holiday house has 2 different apartments of the same size, each with: 1 bedroom with double bed (with double mattresse 185x200 cm), 1 very comfortable double bed sofa (140x185 cm) in the living room. Baby cribs are available on demand: free of charge. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them (€25 per pers./change)

Each of our 2 apartments has a living room with eating space, a sitting corner with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and CD/DVD-Player.  Internet access (ADSL) with WLAN available (free of charge).

Each of our two flats has a living room with dining space and kitchen corner, equipped with 4 burner gas oven, German coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, and fridge/freezer. There is also a little electric oven, where you can cook a pizza or your bread rolls for your breakfast (on demand, we can supply fresh bread).Both the kitchens are furnished with Tuscan tiles and with massive chestnut furnishings. A washing machine is available

Each flat has its own bathroom, equipped with shower enclosure, WC, Bidet.

Each apartment has its own covered eating zone with garden furniture, grill and lawn.  There is a covered parking space within the premises .There is also a Basketball Court

The swimming pool is open and heated from May to October; it is equipped with cozy sun beds, sun umbrellas and also an outside shower.Pool heating included from May to Sept. Pool heating extra to pay on April and October €150,00 per week.

The holiday house has 2 flats of the same size, each with 1 bedroom, 1 living room with bed sofa for 2 persons, with kitchen corner and 1 bathroom with shower. Baby cots are available, on demand. Totally, they can accommodate 8 adults and 2 babies. Ideal for friends with their families that want to spend their holidays together and, at the same time, retain their own privacy. Who is in the house, in the period of “kitchen-garden production”, will be supplied by us of Bio-Vegetables, free of charge and, if you are with us when the cherries are ripe, you can harvest them directly, if you like it. You can do the same with our apples, pears, plums and figs. In September, you can search mushrooms and blackberries in the wood of our property and we hope, something find!

The little Village of Poppi is located in the green heart of Tuscany, in Casentino. The old medieval Village of Poppi is set on the top of a hill, with its impressive and superb castle, il Castello di Poppi, dated back to 12th century, which dominates the entire valley below. The nature is here wild and untouched. All around, there are only Marroni chestnut woods, Olive trees, vineyards, walls of natural stones and rural drywall terrace: a marvelous picture of Tuscany. Florence is only 55 km away, Arezzo 35 km, Siena 90 km.  the car is necessary
