In the holiday home in Tuscany there are 2 separate apartments: An apartment (70 m2) has 1 double bedroom with a four-poster bed (accessible via an internal staircase on the 1st floor) and 1 double bedroom on the 2nd floor (also accessible via an internal staircase). On the ground floor there is 1 small single room (suitable for 1 child, this room has no windows), also there are 2 beds on a double sofa bed; The other apartment (130 sq m) has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom on the 1st floor (accessible via an internal staircase and an external staircase), and there are also 2 additional places on a double sofa bed. Baby cots can be provided on request. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and TV (Italian).

From the terrace of the largest apartment you can reach (on the ground floor) a large living room, where there are sofas and benches in front of the fireplace, so that you can sit comfortably on colder days, there is a large dining table rustic for the whole group and a large SAT TV. On the first floor in a passage room there is a double sofa bed. The other apartment has a smaller living room with table, chairs, double sofa bed, fireplace and satellite TV. Each apartment in the Tuscany holiday home has its own kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, sink, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, German coffee machine, iron and all the necessary dishes.

The smaller apartment has 1 bathroom on the 1st floor with shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bidet and 1 further bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bidet on the ground floor. The larger apartment has 1 bathroom with tub, 2 sinks, toilet and bidet on the 1st floor, 1 guest toilet with sink and washing machine on the ground floor.
