All double bedrooms have private bathrooms. DEPENDANCE: in the annex there is 1 double bedroom on the 1st floor, also with private bathroom. For families with children there is a beautiful extra large and super-equipped playground. There is also a bowling alley and if you are interested, there is a riding school just 1 km from the house. The swimming pool a few meters from the house is 11x5 m, 1.40 m deep, has internal lighting and solar shower. This former farmhouse has been restored and furnished by the owners with much love and taste, classic Tuscan tiles, ceilings with wooden beams and stone masonry are the aspects that characterize the structure. The particularly large children's playground is certainly a major attraction for families with children. On the ground floor (main house) all bedrooms have underfloor heating.

The house is located in the Casentino, a beautiful unspoiled valley in the heart of Tuscany. The house is at the gates of the Casentinesi Forest Natural Park in the municipality of Poppi, from here you can either walk or mountan bike to explore the beautiful millennial forests, spot beautiful herds of deer or roe deer ... a real spectacle of nature.
