Here you will find a very special holiday: in this small holiday home with a private bathing lake, nature lovers and families with children are in their element! Here you will find peace, unspoiled nature, plenty of space to play, barbecue and dining area under the shade of trees, hiking and mountain biking directly from the house.

There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, which has a direct exit to the garden, and 1 bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds. All beds can be used individually or joined together.

The spacious living room has a table, wicker chairs and benches, it is bright and friendly, with direct access to the garden. SAT TV is available.

The well-equipped kitchen has all the equipment, lots of dishes, pots and pans. The washing machine in the owner's house can be used.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet, it is well equipped with many shelves and storage space.

Instead of a swimming pool, here you will have a private swimming lake of about 20x40 m. The lake is located a few meters from the house in the midst of green meadows, around the lake there are many places to sunbathe, relax and do nothing or enjoy. the day in the shade of the surrounding trees. On the terrace in front of the house there is a large dining table with chairs, the nature and the small lake will be the center of this stay and will surely make your holiday unforgettable. There are hammocks, deck chairs, tables and chairs everywhere, in the evening the garden is illuminated, a ping pong table is available.

The holiday home with its private lake is the ideal place for families with children here you will have plenty of space to let your children run and play, of course, bathe in the lake, holidays in nature and tranquility   The owners live in the property, in a very discreet separate house and are at your disposal at any time with advice, but you will have total privacy thanks to the location of the holiday home, as it overlooks the meadows and the lake, here you will be totally undisturbed. The owner of the house is an instructor of yoga, reiki, pranotherapy, acupressure and is available for guests on request (prices on request). Excursions can be organized, as well as dinner by reservation. The holiday home "Il Laghetto" belongs to the municipality of Capolona, in the province of Arezzo, the provincial capital and is about 20 minutes by car from the holiday home. Capolona is located in Casentino, a wooded region in the heart of Tuscany, largely unknown to the large number of tourists, which is why life here is still very simple and the prices are reasonable.Capolona (5 minutes by car) is a small town with about 6,000 inhabitants, there are many small corner shops for everyday use, including larger and smaller supermarkets, banks, post office, ice cream parlor, cafe bars, pizzeria, Ristorantes and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.In Arezzo you will find elegant boutiques, nice shops, countless restaurants and pizzerias, a large mercato (market) every Saturday and every first weekend of the month the large antique market takes place here, with hundreds of exhibitors from all over the world - of course there are not only Antiques,You can also visit the Duomo and the Basilica of San Francesco with the famous frescoes by Piero della Francesca.On your way you drive on the access road towards Casentino past the Centro Commerciale Setteponti, here there are many shops and a huge Coop supermarket where you can make a cheap purchase, large department with fish and meat, fruit, vegetables and everything else.Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Perugia, Cortona u. v. a.
