IL POGGIOLINO is an ideal Tuscan Holiday house, for up to 19 persons, set on the marvelous landscape of Chianti, surrounded by vineyards of Sangiovese and Trebbiano, near the town of Pisa and the Tyrrhenian seaside. It has a private pool, barbecue space, pizza oven, prize winner wines and olive oil of its own production. It is an enchanting setting also for wedding celebrations, even in grand style. Dogs are welcome.

The holiday house “ Villa Poggiolino” is divided into 3 independent apartments of different width, that are rented all together, ideal for 2 or 3 families, that can stay together but at the same time preserve their own privacy. On the first floor there is an apartment with 4 double rooms, each with en-suite bathroom, equipped with shower, sink, WC and bidet and a spacious kitchen with open fireplace, table, chairs and cozy sitting furniture. On ground floor, there is another apartment with double bedrooms, bathroom and living room with sofa bed and also the last flat with 2 double bedrooms, each with a single bed, a kitchen with dining room, 1 bathroom and very important: this one has wheelchair accessible rooms. Additional beds are available on demand.

This kitchen is furnished with a fridge/freezer,4 burner gas oven, toaster, German  and Italian coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare your meals. 

 In the garden, there is a grill/barbecue space with a big masonry Pizza oven for your pizza parties “ al fresco”, by the swimming pool or under a big oak that dominates the garden. A covered parking zone is available.

The 10x 5m. swimming pool, sun-kissed all the day, equipped with outside shower, sun beds and sun umbrella, offers relax and refreshment.  Garden and terrace

Villa Poggiolino is a single, secluded holiday house, all around only vineyards, able to offer the peace, sun and beauty of the Tuscan countryside, along with a comfortable, homely ambience. From this beautiful holiday house you can start your walks through this rolling Tuscan landscape, crossing marvelous vineyards and breathing the scents of our incomparable region. If you prefer a relaxing day at the thermal baths, S.Giuliano and Casciano Terme are easy to reach, not to mention a cultural visit to Livorno, Florence, Siena, Lucca, Volterra und San Gimignano. This house offers to the guest a comfortable, homely and traditional Tuscan style ambience, with the warm atmosphere created by the use of the typical earthy colors and sienna-brown.  The farm produces a genuine extra vergine olive oil, in accordance with the old tradition with olives hand-harvesting and has a Bio quality certification; the same is for the excellent wine. Visits and tastings to the wineries are organized for the guests and surely the lovers of good wine and olive oil will go home after another extra taste and surely not empty-handed.

The holiday house Il Poggiolino is in the municipality of Terricciola, located in Alta Valdera valley, near Pisa. This villa and the Pava castle are set on a wonderful hill and dominate an estate of 200 hectares of forest, a cultural land with vineyards and olive groves. The street that leads to the house is really a dream, lined with olive trees, vineyards and a very old oak, of the most beautiful kind you can find in Italy.  If you love the seaside, this house is a very good jumping-off point for a daily visit to Vada, Cecina, Bibbona or northern the coasts near PISA.
