Idyllic holiday home in Tuscany with garden and private pool suitable for 2 people or small family with 1-2 children, fenced property, internet Wi-Fi (WLAN), quiet location in the middle of nature, barbecue area, pets allowed.

On the 1st floor there is 1 double bed bedroom and next to it another bedroom with a double bed, it is suitable for children who should sleep near their parents, it is open at the top and has no door. A baby cot is available on request.

On the ground floor there is a single room with kitchen and living room, this has a seating area with a couch, a chest of drawers with a TV and a fireplace (firewood is available). A direct exit leads to the garden area. Internet Wi-Fi (WLAN) available.

There is a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, sink, Italian and German coffee machine, toaster, a dining table and chairs are also available. A high chair is available on request. If you would like to be pampered with a real Tuscan menu, let the owner know (speaks English), she will be happy to cook for you. In addition, the owners have their own organic olive oil and organic wine cultivation, both products can be purchased by the holiday guests.

In the garden, which is slightly below the house and can be reached via a stone staircase, there are Mediterranean flowers, shrubs and trees, in the middle of the pool and all around a tranquil Tuscan landscape. There is a table, chairs and an umbrella to take meals here. A garden grill is available.

The pool is the jewel of this small property, it is located in the garden, a few steps from the house, size 4x6 m., Depth 1.20 m. There is a solar shower, interior lighting, sun loungers and a parasol. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.

The holiday home is not suitable for low-lying vehicles, sports cars or minibuses due to the approach route in the middle of nature. In order to reach the house and also to get from the house into the garden area, there are a few stairs and steps to climb, which is why this domicile is unsuitable for guests who have problems walking and climbing stairs, prams or wheelchairs. If you are in the holiday home the first weekend of each month, you should definitely visit the ancient fair that takes place in Arezzo, hundreds of exhibitors with antiques and flea market.
