Podere Stella

Podere Stella  is a big, secluded, 300 m2 Tuscan holiday country house, set amid 8 hectares of fields and wood land, with a panoramic and magic vista of the surroundings.

This holiday house is on 3 levels: ground floor, first floor and the tower. On the ground floor: 1 room with 2 single beds On the first floor: 3 double bedrooms In the tower room: 1 lovely room with 2 single beds An 11th accommodation is available with an additional bed 1 baby cot is available on demand. In the tower of the house, is set a lovely bedroom with 2 single beds and a 360° breathtaking view of the entire valley below, from all the 4 cardinal points of the 4 windows of this enchanting tower room.

On the ground floor: A huge living room with sitting corner, SAT TV, with fireplace built with natural stones and a second exit to the large terrace, with a splendid view of the valley below.

A very big, rustic kitchen is set on the basement, if you look at it from the back of the house or the ground floor from the front. This particular characteristic is due to the descendent lay of the land. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, 4 burner gas oven, German and Italian coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, an open fireplace and, through a stone arch door has direct access to a loggia with stunning vista of the valley.

On the first floor:  2 bathrooms with shower In the extra-room: 1 guest-toilette Washing machine

This beautiful Tuscan holiday house is set on a dominant hill with a wonderful view of the valley below, amid 8 hectares of fields and woods, in a quiet and secluded position.

The swimming pool is set in the garden, behind the house and it is equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. Nearby is a pergola, where you can relax, reading a book or drinking a glass of wine. The swimming pool is surrounded by a well-groomed lawn and a little wood, ideal for your relaxing walks.

This holiday Tuscan country house is really beautiful, with its particular tower room, located in a panoramic position, all around only nature and healthy air. A particular lovely house for particular people! The farmhouse, the swimming pool and the garden can be used only by our guests and no others.  The works of maintenance of the swimming pool are done very early in the morning but you can agree with the owner on the time you prefer.

This holiday Villa is located in Casentino, near the medieval village of Poppi. Casentino is a Tuscan still- untouched valley, between Arezzo and Florence, mostly unknown to the great crowds of tourists. For your shopping you can go down to the valley, to Poppi, 10 minutes drive. There, you will find a Eurospar supermarket, many retail shops, pharmacy, banks, ice-cream parlor, post offices and many restaurants and pizzerias, where you can taste our typical dishes. Weekly market, “il mercato”, on Tuesdays morning. If you need something more, Bibbiena the main village of Casentino, is only 5 minutes of car from Poppi. There you will find many little retail shops and a modern shopping centre with a Coop supermarket.  Services: postal office, banks, hospital, pharmacy, tennis, public covered and outdoor swimming pool, five-a-side football sport centre.
