The estate is only a 10 minute drive from Arezzo. It has a wonderful garden area, very well-groomed and with a lush lawn, where you can lie and get sun burned, an eating area, a shared veranda, whirlpool and bio-swimming pool without chlorine. A lot of space outdoors, peace and tranquility are its main features; you should only relax yourself and spend your day lazing.

This holiday house can accommodate up to 9 persons, excellent for couples or families with children that travel together but, sometimes, want to retain their own privacy.

All the three apartments have direct exit to the garden and private bathroom. Each flat has its own kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware, so each family can prepare its meals separately. The apartment on the ground floor is suitable for wheelchair peoples, with installable ramps for the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom. Totally, there are 7+2 sleeps: 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom. One of them has a third bed, located in a little room closed by a door. A bedroom- in one of two flats that are on the first floor- forms with the living room an “open space”. There are no doors and a screening hide the double beds from the living area. 1 baby cot is available.  On demand:  on the ground floor of the main house, 1 bedroom with double bed + bathroom, with direct exit to the garden (price on request).

There is a cozy sitting corner with sofa and SAT-TV in each of the 3 living rooms and panoramic windows with beautiful vista of the surroundings. Both the living rooms of the flats on the first floor have 1 bed sofa for 2 persons.

The 3 kitchens are very good equipped, each with 4 burner gas oven, a little oven, toaster, German and Italian coffee machine, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, dining area and 2 of the flats have the dishwasher. A washing machine is available in a service room. On the covered terrace directly above the pool is the outdoor kitchen, equipped with 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, brick barbecue, toaster, German coffee maker and all necessary crockery and utensils, Here you can cook all summer long and take your meals in the fresh air and wonderful view of the green surroundings.

There are 3 lovely bathrooms, each equipped with shower, sink, WC and bidet.

The gardening is the hobby of the wife of the owner. She has planted many beautiful flowers, bushes and trees that she nurtures and cares about, for the joy of her guests. There are lawns for sunbathing, shady areas under the trees, a new 80 m2 covered terrace with table for your dinners al fresco and a cozy sitting corner with sofa and chairs right above the swimming pool. There are herbs such as sage, rosemary and walnut trees, oaks and mulberry trees. The vista of the surroundings is really beautiful with vineyards and olive trees. Here reigns peace and silence and the guest can really relax and let the world pass him by for a while. A grill/barbecue is available, so, at evening, you can have your fish or flesh roast with a good glass of wine.

The swimming pool is really big and it is a Paradise for swimmers. Its water is not treated with chlorine but only with sea salt, so there isn’t that pestering odor of chlorine and the water is very good for the sensitive skin of children and allergic people that remains incredibly soft. The swimming pool is illuminated and there is also a solar shower.

The Whirlpool- for up to 6 persons- is in the garden in a sunny position. It is really a little jewel and there, with a glass of prosecco, you can enjoy the wonderful vista- surely, this will remain an unforgettable highlight of your Tuscan holidays. The vegetables of Signora Cristina’s kitchen garden, the owner, can be picked by the guests and this is always a welcomed pleasure. The farm produces Olio Extravergine di oliva that you can buy directly from the producer and take home. This kind of olive oil, so pure, good and genuine can be bought only by the maker and can’t be found in any shops. Signora Cristina lives here with his husband and two little funny dogs (Duccio und Drago). She is vey discreet and helpful; she speaks a good French and a bit of English and she really cares for the well-being of their guests.  

Small well-bred dogs are allowed on request.

A strong point of this Tuscan house is that it is near Arezzo, only 5 minutes drive.  Arezzo is the chief town of the province and it is not a traditional touristic destination, but it is really beautiful and worth of a visit. The imposing gothic dome, which dominates the town, the precious palazzos and the towers in the old historic centre, the Medici’s stronghold, the main square- Piazza Grande-not to mention the church of San Francesco with the famous Piero della Francesca’s frescos: are really worth a visit. Who is here on holiday during the first week-end of the month, can’t miss“ la fiera antiquaria“. On the first Sunday and Saturday of each month, takes place in the old part of the city one of the most important Italian antiquarian outdoor market with many exhibition stands and also second hand dealers who offers their articles. The atmosphere is very lovely and you will enjoy yourself, trying to make a good bargain!  This holiday house is really a good jumping-off for touristic visits; Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Cortona San Gimignano,   Assisi can be easily reached in a day tour. For your shopping  , Arezzo is only a few minute drive away, but also at the last roundabout traffic, fronting the holiday house, there is already a Todis Supermarket,  daily opened and the Centro Commerciale Setteponti, 10 Minutes drive, that probably you have already seen, on the left, coming from the highway .
