The holiday house has on the ground floor: 1 double bedroom (with air condition), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (with air condition) and 1 bedroom with bunk bed (ideal for children); on the basement, there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can combine together to form a double bed; on the first floor 1 double bedroom (with air condition). 1 baby cot available on demand.

The living area (with air condition) on the ground floor is more than 100 m2 and with also a glazed veranda is the wonderful centre of the house. Floors of natural stones, cozy sitting furniture, stone fireplace and an extra big Plasma Full HD TV VHS, DVD, Stereo 5.1 invites the guest to relax in this beautiful area. The covered terrace can be used, in case of bad weather. Fronting the kitchen, there is a terrace for the breakfast with a view of the garden area, equipped with VHS, DVD, and Stereo 5.1- all located in a nice way as a chicane. Another terrace is in front of the living room for your lunch or dinner with vista of the swimming pool, the sunny terrace and the garden. The glazed Loggia with wonderful vista of the garden and of the swimming pool offers the possibility to have your meals inside; moreover, between the living room and the kitchen, there is another eating zone with table and chairs, enough for the entire group. You are really spoiled for choice; each place offers a different, unique view.

The kitchen is on ground floor, with direct exit to one of the many terraces and it is very good equipped, with 5 burner gas oven, double sink, microwave, toaster, German and Italian coffee machine, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary kitchenware for preparing tasting meals.

There are 3 super equipped bathrooms with precious mosaic tiles, big mirrors, bathroom fittings of the first quality- here is all done to spare no expense- each equipped with sink, WC and bidet, one with bathtub with shower system and the other two with huge shower enclosures. On the basement, near the fitness room there is another room with sink and an extra big Wellness-Massage-shower enclosure.

 The garden area of this Tuscan holiday house is really particular- in the middle; there is a bar open from both sides, where the owner will offer you a welcome drink at your arrival. It is also the right place for an aperitif outdoors, enjoying the splendid Tuscan air of the late afternoon or for a perfect Prosecco or a drink of your choice before or after the dinner. There is a wood pizza oven for cooking the pizzas; it is really a funny experience for all the family and particularly for the children. Then, you can taste your delicious pizza and try the difference between a pizza cooked in a wood stone oven and a pizza of the pizzeria. There is also a masonry grill/ barbecue with a sink and water tap, enough worktops and space for preparing and cooking a fantastic barbecue for your family during your Tuscan summer evenings. The property is completely fenced with a garden gate at the entrance and parking places within the gate of the premises. All around, there is a vineyard, cypresses, pine trees, cedars, olive trees and many Mediterranean herbs, flowers and bushes, not to mention the lawns for sunbathing, the big garden area where the children can play and run around and where you can spend your lazing and relaxing days outdoors. At night, the garden area is completely illuminated, with normal but also led lights. The led lights are placed in a masterly way beyond capitals and columns, terracotta jars and wall projections, into little cubby-holes, creating a magic and unique atmosphere.

The swimming pool is illuminated and has a beautiful mosaic décor on its bottom, which with the light of the sun and even, at night, when it is illuminated creates a really fantastic atmosphere. Also the outdoor shower system is enriched with splendid mosaic tiles. This swimming pool has a roman stair with 2 steps and a spring board. 

The holiday house is really particular- the owner, manager of a famous furniture house in Arezzo, has created a very original house, which reflects himself at 100%- and you can really be satisfy of it! The interior furniture is modern with many new ideas; the fitness room, on the basement, with all the newest and necessary multigym tools is a joy for athletic guests; the massage-shower is pure pleasure and a bar in the Fitness area underlines also here a particular interior design touch. You remain silent for the high passion for Hi-Tec, with cable  Stereo in all the house, DVD-Player, amplifiers, loudspeakers, 3 Plasma-TV system (32“, 40“, 42“);  not to mention that in the garden, there is an open air theater equipped with  reflectors and stereo system .

This holiday house is really a good jumping-off for touristic visits; Florence( only 50 km away), Arezzo(20 km) ,Siena( 40 km), Perugia, Assisi, Cortona San Gimignano,   Assisi can be easily reached in a day tour. Your daily shopping can be done in the nearby little Village, Laterina, only 3 Km away, where you will find retail shops, a supermarket, coffee bar, restaurants and pizzerias.  Only 1, 5 - 2 km away, there is also a bar, a little supermarket and a shop with delicious local cheese, sausages, and clearly even olive oil and wine. Tennis courts are only 3 km away.
