Tuscany natural stone holiday villa in a fantastic secluded location in the middle of the forest, total privacy, sleeps 10, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private pool, covered barbecue area, fenced, large garden area, child-friendly, pets allowed.

The approach via a forest path is ONLY suitable for non-low-lying vehicles with all-wheel drive!

On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a double bedroom with a 3rd bed, On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a small room suitable for children 1 bed, under which you can pull out a 2nd bed, from here you can access a mansard, on which there is another bed for children. The 1st floor can be reached via an external staircase as well as an internal staircase.

On each floor there is a living room, each with a fireplace, all rooms in the villa are a combination of antique and modern furniture and furnishings and create a real feel-good atmosphere. Terracotta floors and massive wooden beams Ceilings bear witness to the Tuscan style.

There are two fully equipped kitchens, with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and all necessary appliances, one on the upper floor, which is probably rarely used and one on the ground floor, here is also the large covered terrace with a dining table for the whole group and garden and pool view. Right above the pool there is a spacious, covered barbecue area with water connection, barbecue and natural stone fireplace, ideal for celebrating your summer barbecue parties.

There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor, one of which is an ensuite bathroom which belongs to one of the double bedrooms. The bathrooms are modern, equipped with a sink, bidet, toilet, three with a shower, one with a tub.

The pool, which is only a few meters from the holiday villa, is 10x5 meters in size and 1.40 m deep, outdoor shower, deck chairs invite you to sunbathe, spending a whole day here relaxing and recharging your own "batteries" is guaranteed to help to forget everyday stress.

The wonderful location in the middle of an endless forest area with wonderful, healthy air is without a doubt the big advantage of this holiday villa. The holiday villa is only about 20 minutes by car from Arezzo, with walking paths in endless, protected forests, a welcome area for mountain bikers. The provincial capital Arezzo is definitely worth a visit, especially if you have booked the first weekend of the month, then Arezzo hosts the antiques market, famous far beyond its borders, with hundreds of exhibitors throughout the old town. You can find an antique "bargain", but there are also many pretty flea market things to see and buy. Good restaurants, trattorias and café bars everywhere, pretty boutiques and shops of all kinds - in short, a whole day there flies by and is interesting and amusing for every guest. The cathedral and numerous interesting museums and well-preserved or restored churches and palazzi are also worth seeing. Of course, all of the world-famous art and culture cities in Tuscany are worth a visit, and you can easily reach Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Perugia and many more on day trips. You will definitely enjoy being able to return to the tranquility of your wonderful holiday destination in the evening
