VILLA DEL SOLE has a peaceful rural location, part of a big fenced property, with a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside and of the small village of Bibbiena, only 30 km from Arezzo. This typical Tuscan Holiday Villa is furnished with excellent furniture, antique furnishings, art objects, mirrors, paintings that create a very homely and, at the same time, elegance ambience, which only few homes of this kind are able to offer.

On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms. 2 of these have a little garret, each with a single bed. Max accommodations: 8 persons The interior decorations and furnishings are very precious and tastefully cared for, a luxury, exclusive ambience with excellent furniture, antique furnishings, art objects, mirrors, paintings that create a very homely and, at the same time, elegance ambience, which only few homes of this kind are able to offer.

On the ground floor, there are 2 communicating living rooms, one with cozy sitting corner in front of a fireplace and the other with comfortable chairs and a couch with TV SAT and dining room near the well equipped kitchen with plenty of good cooking utensils.  TV Sat, air conditioning, internet access and washing machine is available.

It is furnished with fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4 burner gas oven, toaster, German and Italian coffee machine, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchenware to enjoy yourself, preparing tasting meals your family.

On the first floor, there are 2 bathrooms, all equipped with shower, bidet, WC, sink 

In front of the holiday house, there is a covered pavilion and a pergola, both equipped with garden furniture. The holiday house is surrounded by manicured fields, bushes, trees and flower beds, with even a gushing fountain, play area for kids, swimming pool, whirlpool, net for volleyball, with football doors. The vista of the surrounding is unique, no cars, no streets, only the one that leads to the house, an oasis of peace. Into the fenced property, there are covered parking places. A barbecue is available for your barbecue parties.

The guests have the exclusive use of the beautiful swimming pool, equipped with deckchairs and sun umbrellas. Close to the swimming pool, there is the Whirlpool, up to 6 pers., with its warm water of about 34°C, a “fizzy” enjoyment, especially during the cold spring or autumn time.

Villa del Sole is a big house, divided into 2 apartments, one of them the private habitation of the owner, who loves receiving his guests with their fridge full of foods for their first breakfast and greeting them with a basket of the local typical food at their departure, not to mention his supplying his guests of bio organic vegetables of his own kitchen garden and many other attentions that you surely appreciate- but, don’t worry, your privacy is 100% granted; the guests have the exclusive use of the swimming pool, whirlpool and of all the big fenced property. The owner lives there but you will meet him only if you will or need something.

This holiday Villa is located near Bibbiena (1 km away), in Casentino. There you will find many little retail shops and a modern shopping centre with a Coop supermarket. In the village are present pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, coffee bars, everything which are proper of Italian life. Services: postal office, banks, hospital, pharmacy, tennis, public covered and outdoor swimming pool, five-a-side football sport centre.
