There are 4 spacious bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 2 beds, on the 1st floor there is also 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 2 double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, insect screens on the windows and a flat-screen TV with satellite programs. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. There is the possibility of placing 1 extra bed in each of the two 2-bed rooms, making the villa ideal for up to 10 people. Baby cot available on request.

The large modern kitchen on the ground floor offers all the amenities of a perfect household, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, Italian and German coffee machine, fireplace, a dining table is also available here.

There are 3 bathrooms on the 1st floor, of which 2 are en-suite bathrooms and 1 on the ground floor. 3 of the beautiful, modern bathrooms have a shower cabin (1 bathroom with a double shower cabin), 1 bathroom has a tub.
